Claims (17)
- 근본적으로 용제, 모노머 및 소중합체가 들어있지 않은 폴리머와, 또는 유기질도체의 잘 탈기한 시료를 습기와 산소가 배제된 분위기하에서, 40℃이상의 온도이나 본 전도성폴리머 및/또는 유기질도체의 분해되는 온도보다는 낮은 온도에서 최소한 500바아이상의 압력으로서, 높은 광택과 금속성외관을 하여, 눈으로 보기에도 원료의 색과는 다른 표면을 갖는 연속적인 상이 형성될때까지의 시간동안 압축가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도성 유기질폴리머와 유기질도체로 된 형부품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1000-30,000바아의 압력을 적봉함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성형가공전후에 이루어지는 균일한 도우핑에 의해서 전기전도성 폴리머의 전기전도도를 증가시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 성형이 불활성가스나, 잔유압력이 100밀리바아보다 적은 진공분위기하에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 성형전에 0.01 내지 0.5중량%의 통상의 산화방지제나 네트워크화 억제제를 첨가할 수 있고, 일반적인 가공작업보조제도 첨가할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 성형전에 산소 및 수소관통을 저지하는 0.5 내지 5중량 %에 해당하는 폴리머를 첨가하거나, 형부품을 추가적으로 이런종류의 폴리머로서 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 성형작업이 프레스에 의해서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 압출기나 램식압출기를 사용하여 연속압축시키고, 압축되는 시료를 진공중에 장입, 유지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 동시압출 또는 다성분사출방법에 의해서 다층의 형부품, 포일 또는 판재를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제품의 외피층은 절연성을 갖고 정전기 방지특성을 보일 수 있는, 낮은 산소 및/또는 수증기 투과 계수를 갖는 폴리머로 구성되고, 내부층은 전기전도성을 갖거나 아주 높은 전도성의 폴리머로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 가열가능한 형태의 프레스내의 프레서 램(2,3)과 상대지지판(4)사이에 프레셔캡슐(11,12)이 설치되고, 이캡슐은 프레스 실리더 보어(7)와 리드(9)를 통하여 불활성가스를 충진할 수 있거나 진공으로 될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상대지지판은 동적인 판(4)으로서 이루어져 있으며, 이판은 실린더 보어(5)의 밑으로 열린 협착(7)의 쇼울더(6)위에 놓여 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 프레셔캡슐의 덮개(12)가 프레스램으로 구성되어 있으며, 이것은 프레셔캡슐의 밑부분과 함께 작용하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제11항 내지 제13항에 있어서, 프레스 램 이 회전할 수 있게 구성되어 있으며, 상대지지판을 구성하는 움직이는 판은 회전운동을 할 수 없도록 고정되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제11항 내지 제14항에 있어서, 프레셔램에 초음파원을 동시에 설치할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제10항의 방법에 의해서 제조한 전기구조 부품용 형부품.
