원목을 0.1-2mm 두께로 슬라이스 하여 슬라이스 목재박판을 성형하고 이를 2:1 비율의 암모니아수와 과산화수소로 탈수지, 탈색 처리한 다음, 목재용 직접염료로서 염색하는 제1 내지 제2공정과, 선염된 슬라이스 목재박판을 중첩, 접착시켜 장식부 모자이크 판재를 성형하는 제3공정과, 슬라이스 목재박판을 장구형으로 절단하고 이를 메트릭스 방법으로 배열적층하여 무늬부와 바탕부를 구분하여 무늬부 모자이크판재를 성형하는 제4공정과, 무늬부 모자이크판재와 장식부 모자이크 판재를 적층, 접착시킨 다음, 이를 0.1-3mm 두께로 다시 슬라이스 하는 제5 및 제6 공정의 결합을 특징으로 하는 슬라이스모자이크 장식판의 가공방법.The first to second processes of slicing wood to 0.1-2mm thickness to form sliced wood thin plates, dehydrating them with a 2: 1 ratio of ammonia water and hydrogen peroxide, and decolorizing them, and then dyeing them as direct dyes for wood.
