Claims (9)

  1. 제1열전달매체를 위한 통로를 갖추고 있고 제2열전달매체의 흐름을 통제하는 케이스(13,30,37,38,40)내에 둘러싸인 코어(12,20,27,36)를 구성하는 열교환기에 있어서, 코어가 열전도능이 높은 금속으로된 적어도 하나의 블록(12,20,27,30)을 포함하며, 제1매체를 위한 적어도 하나의 튜브(11)가 주조에 의해 상기 블록에 매립되어 있고, 블록의 내측 및/또는 외측면에 표면 확장플랜지(15)를 구비하여 튜브가 제1 매체와 접촉하는 면적보다 제2 매체와의 접촉면적이 몇 배정도 크게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 블록(12a,12c)이 삼각기둥형이며 다수의 튜브를 둘러싸고 있는 것이 특징인 열교환기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 블록(20,27)이 환상인 것을 특징으로하는 열교환기.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 플랜지(15)가 블록(12,20,27,30)의 길이축에 평행하며, 블록(12,20,27,30)의 플랜지면을 홈(34)에 의해 횡방행으로 절단시킴으로서 상기 플랜지면이 여러 영역(35a,35b)으로 분활되어 한영역(35a)의 플랜지(15a)가 인접영역(35b)의 홈(15b)과 일치되도록 측방으로 변위됨으로서 블록면을 따라 제2 매체의 난류경로가 부여되는 것을 특징으로하는 열교환기.
  5. 상기항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 튜브(11)의 외면이 울툴불퉁한 것을 특징으로하는 열교환기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 금속으로 압축된 바아(40)형인 다수의 플랜지(15)가 다른 바아들과 함께 튜브(11)를 둘러싼 블록(12)을 주조할 수 있는 주형을 형성하는 것이 특징인 열교환기.
  7. 상기항중 어느 한항의 그리고 동일한 케이스내부에 다수의 블록(20a,20b)이 설치된 열교환기에 있어서, 블록중에 하나의 플랜지(15)가 다른 블록의 플랜지 사이의 간격에 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로하는 열교환기.
  8. 제1항에서 제7항중 어느 한항의 그리고 동일한 케이스(37,38)내부에 다수의 블록(20a,20b : 36a,36b)이 고정된 열교환기에 있어서, 나란히 블록면에서 플랜지(15)의 모서리와 모서리가 만나는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
  9. 상기항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 적어도 한열의 제1매체이동 튜브(11)를 포함하는 다수의 판넬형블록(12c)이 열전달가스가 통과하는 케이스(46)에 고정되어 있으며, 튜브(11)는 제1 유체 분산 및 수렴헤드에 연결되어 있는것을 특징으로하는 열교환기.
