10 : 회전자 조립체, 22 : 자속회귀판, 26 : 고정자코일, 30 : 베어링 조립체.

Claims (8)

  1. 고정자 코일이 장착된 자속회귀판을 포함하는 고정자 조립체를 갖는 형태의 팬케이크 모터에 있어서, 상기 플럭스회귀판(22)이 적합하고 전기적으로 비도전체인 코팅(23)을 갖는 자기투자성 물질을 포함하고, 상기 자속회귀판에 위치한 고정자 코일에 오프셋트 벤드를 갖는 최소한 하나의 상승된 탭(28)이 제공되며, 각 고정자코일(26)이 탭과 상기 자속회귀판의 표면 사이에서 상당수의 권선에 의해 포착되어 상기 자속회귀판에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일판 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 와이어링 수단이 상기 고정자 코일에 전기적 접속을 제공하며, 상기 자속회귀판의 적합한 전기적 비도전 코팅상에 설치된 최소한 하나의 인쇄회로도 전체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 판 조립체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 와이어링 수단이 코일위치에 대향한 자속회귀판의 측면에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 판 조립체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자속회귀판이 상기 회전자축의 수납을 위하여 상기 코일위치 사이에서 중심에 위치한 구멍을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 판 조립체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자속회귀판이 각 코일권선부 내에서 중앙에 위치한 구멍을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 판 조립체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자속회귀판의 자성물질이 강철을 포함하며 상기 코팅이 고령토를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 판 조립체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 각 탭의 오프셋트 벤드가 코일선의 직경과 실제적으로 동일한 거리만큼 자속회귀판으로부터 떨어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 판 조립체.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 각 코일의 선이 이중절연 되었으며, 외측 절연층이 열소성되며 각 코일의 권선이 열소성 절연재의 용융에 의해 함께 접착된 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 판 조립체.
