Claims (5)

  1. 하나의 공통 근원에 의해서 최소한 두개의 다른 장치에 공급되는 진공 조절에 사용하는데 상기 장치들 중 어느 하나에 선별적으로 제공하는 선별적 진공 조절장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는 첫째 레벨에서 진공을 이용하는 첫째 수단; 둘째 레벨에서 진공을 이용하는 둘째수단; 첫째수단에 진공을 공급하는 첫째 진공라인과 둘째 진공수단에 진공을 공급하는 둘째 진공라인이 연결된 공통 공급라인을 포함하며 상기 첫째와 둘째수단에 진공을 공급하는 진공수단; 둘째 라인의 진공 레벨을 감지하며 둘째 진공라인에 배치된 센서어수단; 둘째 진공라인의 예정된 레벨이 유지되도록 밸브 수단을 조절하고 첫째 진공라인의 진공레벨을 조절하므로서 상기 둘째 진공라인의 예정된 최소 진공레벨을 유지하는 상기 밸브수단의 자동을 조절하도록 밸브수단과, 센서어 수단에 연결된 진공전환기 수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선별적 진공조절 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 첫째 진공레벨이 처음에는 둘째 진공레벨 보다 낮고 상기 밸브수단이 둘째 진공라인의 높은 진공레벨을 유지하도록 전환기 수단에 의해서 죄여 좁혀지는 것을 특징으로 하는 선별적 진공조절 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 첫째 진공레벨이 둘째 진공레벨에 도달함에 따라 예정된 레벨을 유지하는 동안 전환기 수단은 밸브수단을 죄여 좁히지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 선별적 진공조절장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 공통 공급라인에 배치된 주요조절 밸브를 포함하고 상기 주요조절밸브는 첫째 레벨이 둘째 레벨 보다 크거나 같을 때 밸브수단을 완전히 개방하므로서 첫째와 둘째 진공라인의 진공양을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선별적 진공 조절장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 진공의 공통 근원이 배기기인 것을 특징으로 하는 조절장치.
