Claims (9)

  1. 판재금속이 전진되고나서 판재금속이 공급되는 고정날과 함께 작동하는 적어도 한개의 날을 갖는 로터로 구성되는 전단기에 의해 그 선단모서리로부터 판재금속 조각들이 취해지는 처음의 초기 절단작업과 처음 작업에서 형성된 조각들이, 그 입자가 작업구간의 경계를 이루고 있는 스크린을 통과하기에 충분히 작게 될때까지 반복해서 재료를 분쇄하도록 적어도 한 개의 고정된 날과 함께 작동하는 적어도 한개의 날을 갖는 로터로 구성되는 종류의 제입기에 의해 분쇄되는 두번째의 미세절단 작업으로 구성되고 상기의 전단기와 상기의 제입기가 별개로 분리되고 구분되는 기계라는 사실에 의해 특징된 판재형태로 들어온 금속을 제압하는 공정.
  2. 제입기의 날부분보다 짧은 날부분을 갖는 전단기를 사용하는 것으로 구성되는 청구범위 1에서 청구한 바와 같은 방법.
  3. 단위시간당 절단수가 전단기에서 보다 제입기에서 더 큰 청구범위 1 또는 청구범위 2에서 청구한 바와 같은 공정.
  4. 초기절단 작업이 연속적인 청구범위 3에서 청구한 바와 같은 공정.

  8. 전기한 청구범위의 어느 하나에서 청구된 구리캐소드를 제입하는 공정.
  9. 전기한 청구범위의 어느 하나에서 청구된 공정에 의해 실제로 제조되고 또한 그 공정의 제품들인 것을 특징으로 하는 구리입자.
