제1도는 본 발명의 성능감지기를 설치시킨 열교환기의 한예로서 증발기를 나타낸 계략적인 블록 다이어그램. 제2도는 열 교환기의 오염요소에 대응하는 시그날을 발생시키기 위한 오염요소 감지 논리회로를 나타낸 블록 다이어그램. 제3도는 제2도의 회로에 사용된 수면경막모듀율을 나타낸 블록 다이어그램.

Claims (3)
- 비열값을 가진 열교환매체가 일측으로 통과하는 열교환 표면적을 가진 열교환기의 오염요소를 생성시키기 위한 감지기로서, 열교환기로부터 열교환매체의 출력온도에 대응하는 시그날을 보내기 위한 제1온도 송신장치. 매체의 입력온도에 대응하는 시그날을 열교환기에 보내기 위한 제2온도 송신장치, 열교환기 표면적의 대향측상의 열교환기 온도에 대응하는 시드날을 보내기 위한 제3온도 송신장치, 입출력열교환기온도, 질량유속, 비열값 및 표면적의 함수로서 실제의 열전달을(Uact)을 계산하기 위한 상기의 제1, 제2, 제3온도송신장치 및 질량유속수단에 연결된 실재의 열전달모듀울, 정상 열전달을(Uava)에 대응하는 시그날을 부내기 위한 정상의 열전달장치 및 오염요소에 대응하는 실제의 열전달율에 대한 정상 열 전달율 의 비율을 언기 위한 상기 실제의 열전달모듀율과 상기 정상 열전달을 수단에 연결된 제1분할기로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 감지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정상 열전도율수단이 매체의 입출력과 열교환기를 통화하는 해체의 유속에 대한 함수로서 열고 환매체의 경막계수를 계산하기 위한 열교환매체 표면경막 모듀율, 열교환표면적의 대향측으로 통과하는 열교환유체를 프함한 열교환기, 질량유속, 열교환기온도 및 열교환기를 통화하는 유체의 유속에 대한 함수로 유체의 경막계수를 계산하기 위한 유체표면경막오듀율 및 매체와 유체경막 계수의 함수로 정상 열전달율을 계산하기 위한 분석용 열전달모듀율로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 성능 감지기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 실제의 열전달모듀율이 다수의 차이유니트, 다수의 중배유니트, 다수의 분할유니트 및 자연대수함수 유니트로 구성되고, 상기의 모든 유니트의 다음 방정식으로 표시되는 함수관계에 따라 열교환기에 대한 실제 열전달율을 계산하도록 연결되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 성능감지기.윗식중, Cp는 열교환매체의 비열, Mw는 열교환매체의 질량유속, Thot는 매체의 입력온도, Tcold는 매체의 출력온도, A는 열교환기의 표면적, Tn는 열교환표 면적의 대향측 열교환기온도이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
