제1도는 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 다층식 용기의 사시도.
제2도는 제1도에 도시된 용기의 상부 평면도.
제3,4 및 5도는 직각 위치와 완전히 펼친 위치 및 완전히 닫혀 절첩된 위치에서 종래 기술의 4층식 용기에 알려진 직각 모서리를 나타내는 세부 평면도들.
제6,7 및 8도는 직각 위치와 완전히 펼친 위치 및 완전히 닫혀 절첩된 위치에서 4층식 용기의 바람직한 경사 모서리를 나타내는 세부 평면도들.
제9,10 및 11도는 직각 위치와 완전히 펼친 위치 및 완전히 닫혀 절첩된 위치에서 넓은 경사폭을 지닌 4층식 용기의 바람직한 경사 모서리를 나타내는 세부 평면도들.
제12,13 및 14도는 직각 위치와 완전히 펼친 위치 및 완전히 닫혀 절첩된 위치에서 7층식 용기의 바람직한 경사 모서리를 나타내는 세부 평면도들.

Claims (14)

  1. 인접한 측면들 사이에 모서리들이 있는 적어도 4개의 평편한 측면들이 있는 다층의 슬리이브로 된 용기에 있어서, 상기 슬리이브는 구겨진 모서리들이 있는 압착가능한 시이트 층들을 가지고, 적어도 두 개의 대향한 모서리들은 슬리이브가 접힐 수 있도록 경사져 있어 완전히 닫혀 접힌 모서리들이 부가적인 외력의 적용이 없이도 사실상 평행한 인접 측면들을 갖게되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 경사진 모서리들은 용기의 캘리퍼(x)에 실질적으로 비례하는 내측 경사면 폭(y)을 갖는 용기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폭(y)이 공식 y=0.0294+0.347x에 의해 결정되는 용기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폭(y)이인치 증분으로 선택되는 용기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 두 개의 대향 모서리들이 경사진 모서리들인 4개의 평편한 측면들을 갖는 용기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 경사진 모서리들의 폭이 약인치의 범위에 있는 용기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 슬리이브의 내측면위의 평편한 시이트 라이너와 그 라이너 위에 감긴 단일면 주름 시이트의 다층을 포함하는 용기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 모든 모서리들이 경사진 모서리인 4개의 평편한 측면들을 가진 용기.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 슬리이브의 상부 및 저부에 끼우게 되어 있는 캡들을 포함하는 용기.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 경사진 모서리들이 평편한 내측 경사표면을 갖는 용기.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 경사진 모서리들이 약 30˚-60˚ 범위의 일정각도에서 평편한 내측 경사표면을 갖는 용기.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 경사진 모서리들이 약 45˚의 각도에서 평편한 내측 경사표면을 갖는 용기.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 경사진 모서리들이 다단식의 내측 경사표면을 갖는 용기.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 경사진 모서리들이 곡선의 내측 경사표면을 갖는 용기.
