제1도는 본 발명에 따른 절삭 인써어트의 일예의 사시도.
제2도는 제1도에 도시된 절삭 인써어트 모서리 지역의 평면도.
제3도는 모서리 각도 C의 이등분선 B-B에 따라 취한, 제2도에 도시된 모서리 지역의 단면도.
제4도는 제1도의 2개의 인접 모서리사이 선 Ⅳ-Ⅳ에 따라 취한 절삭 인써어트의 부분 단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 둥근 모서리를 가진 외주벽에 의해 접속된 상부면과 저부면을 가진 다각형 몸체부; 상기 면들중 적어도 하나와 외주벽과의 접속부에 형성된 적어도 2개의 각도를 가지고 배치된 절삭날; 그 절삭날로 부터 상기 몸체부의 중앙쪽 내측으로 연장하는 랜드지역; 그 랜드지역의 내측 연부에 접속되고 다각형 몸체부의 절삭날의 내측으로 연장하는 경사벽으로 구성된 절삭 인써어트에 있어서, 상기 경사벽의 내측 연부에 접속되고 다각형 몸체부의 중앙쪽 내측으로 연장하는 제2 랜드지역이 상기 모서리의 지역에 형성되어 있고, 그 제2 랜드가 모서리에서 최대이고 모서리로 부터 먼쪽으로 감소되는 폭을 가지고 있고; 그 제2 랜드로부터 내측으로 연장하고 그에 접속된 제2 경사벽이 형성되어 있으며; 또한 그 제2 경사벽에 접속되고 몸체부의 중앙쪽 내측으로 연장하는 평면부가 형성되어 있고, 상기 제2 팬드가 평면부의 제2 높이에 위치되어 있고, 그 제2 높이가 모서리 지역에서는 최대이고 모서리로 부터 먼쪽으로 감소하여 있으며; 모서리 지역에서 상기 제2 랜드위에 돌출하여 융기부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 인써어트.
