Claims (1)

  1. 내부의 압력을 외부기압보다도 높인 전자기기(1)와 이 전자기기(1)에서 흘러나와서 재자 흘러들어가는 공기의 순환통로(4)(5)중애 개재시킨 냉각실(3)과 이 냉각실(3) 내부에 설치한 순환용 송풍기(6)와, 상기한 냉각실(3) 내부에 흡열부를 외부에 방열부를 설치함과 아울러 상기한 흡열부 및 방열부 사이에 열명체(熱명體)를 순환시키는 열교환기(10)(11)(12)(13)(14)ㄹ부터 구성된 전자기기의 냉각장치.
