Claims (11)

  1. 제1자장과 제2자장의 벡터합에 의해 생성된 합성자장을 튜브벽내로 유도시키는 장치와 중공실린더형 몸체를 가진 튜브를 통과하는 스캔너, 튜브벽에 인접하기 상기 몸체에 의해 운반되는 제1솔레노이드코일, 상기 제1자장을 생성하기 위해 상기 솔레노이드코일을 구동시키는 제1전원, 상기 제2자장을 생성하기 위한 제2장치 및 튜브벽내의 결함에 의해 생긴 누설자속에 응답하여 출력신호를 생성하도록 상기 튜브의 벽과 솔레노이드코일 사이에 배열된 감응기들로 구성되어 원상태의 열교환기 튜브를 점검하기 위한 강자성 튜브의 전자기 점검 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2장치는 상기 제2자기장을 생성하기 위해 전도체를 구동시키는 제2전원과 전도체로 구성된 것.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 전도체는 상기 중공실린더형 몸체에 의해 이송되는 제2솔레노이드 코일로 구성된 것.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 전도체는 튜브벽으로 구성된 것.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 전도체가 상기 튜브내측 중앙부의 실린더형 도체로 구성된 것.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 제1전원 및 제2전원은 튜브벽내에 있는 합성 나선형 회전자계를 생성하기 위해 이상(異相)교류 전원으로 되어 있는 것.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1전원 및 제2전원은 직류전원으로 되어 있는 것.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전원중 하나는 직류전원으로 되어 있고, 다른 하나는 교류전원으로 되어 있는 것.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 제2솔레노이드코일은 상기 제1솔레노이드코일에 수직으로, 중공실린더형 몸체 내부에 배치되어 있는 것.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 실린더형 몸체에는 튜브의 내부에서 튜브를 점검시 상기 스캔너를 안내하기 위해 상기 감응기들보다 넓게 각 단부에 외부로 돌출된 림이 설치되어 있는 것.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 실린더형 몸체에는, 튜브의 외부로부터 튜브를 점검시 상기 스캔너를 안내하기 위해 감응기들보다 넓게 각 단부의 내측으로 돌출된 림이 설치되어 있는 것.
