Claims (24)
- 탄성체, 멜라민 및 오가노실란으로 이루어진 고무상 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서, 멜라민이 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 구조를 가지며, 오가노실란은 하기 일반식(Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ)의 구조를 갖는 오가노실란으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 고무상 조성물.R4 5-nSiX'n (Ⅱ) (R5 3SiX')2Sm (Ⅲ)X는 수소 및 탄소수 1내지 8의 알킬래디칼로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되며; R,R1,R2,R3및 R4는 수소, 탄소수 1내지 8의 알킬래디칼, 및 -CH2OX(여기에서, X는 상기 정의한 바와 같다)로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고; R5는 탄소수 1내지 9의 알킬래디칼, 탄소수 1내지 9의 알케닐래디칼, 및 탄소수 1내지 9의 알콕시래디칼로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되며; X'는 클로로, 탄소수 1내지 9의 클로로알킬래디칼,탄소수 1재지 9의 아미노알킬래디칼, 및 탄소수 6-내지 8의 사이클로알케닐래디칼로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고; n은 1,2 또는 3이며, m은 1내지 4이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 카본블랙으로 보강된 고무상 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 실리카를 함유하는 고무상 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 가용성 필라멘트상 물질을 함유하는 고무상 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 티아졸리딘을 함유하는 고무상 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 티아졸리딘이 하기 일반식(Ⅳ) 또는 (Ⅴ)의 구조를 갖는 고무상 조성물.상기식에서, R6는 탄소수 1내지 4의 알킬래디칼, 탄소수 6내지 8의 사이클로알킬래디칼, 탄소수 6내지 10의 아릴래디칼, 탄소수 7내지 11의 아르알킬래디칼, 푸르푸릴, 및 알킬부위의 탄소수가 1내지 2인 모르폴리노알킬로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되며; R7은 탄소수 1내지 4의 알킬렌래디칼, 사이클로헥실렌, 및 페닐렌으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된다.
- 제7항에 있어서, 탄성체가 탄성체 100중량부당 폴리클로로프렌 85내지 100중량 및 다른 고무상 디엔중합체가 0내지 15중량부로 이루어지는 고무상 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 폴리클로로프렌이 황-개질된 폴리클로로프렌인 고무상 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 탄성체가 대부분 황-개질된 폴리클로로프렌인 이루어진 고무상 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 가요성 필라멘트상 물질이 면인 고무상 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 면이 면플록의 형태인 고무상 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 조성물 중의 각 성분이 탄성체 100중량부당 멜라민 0.2 내지 6중량부, 오가노실란 0.2 내지 4중량부, 티아졸리딘 0.2 내지 2.5중량부, 면플록 1내지 30중량부, 수화된 무정형 실리카 5내지 60중량부의 양으로 존재하는 고무상 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 조성물 중의 각 성분이 탄성체 100중량부당 멜라민 0.4 내지 3중량부, 오가노실란 0.4 내지 2.5중량부, 티아졸리딘 0.4 내지 1.8중량부, 면플록 2내지 15중량부, 수화된 무정형 실리카 10내지 30중량부의 양으로 존재하는 고무상 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 조성물 중의 각 성분이 탄성체 100중량부당 멜라민 0.5 내지 1.5중량부, 오가노실란 0.5 내지 1.5중량부, 티아졸리딘 0.5 내지 1.5중량부, 면플록 4내지 8중량부, 수화된 무정형 실리카 15내지 25중량부의 양으로 존재하는 고무상 조성물.
- 제1항에서 정의된 조성물로 이루어진 완충제를 갖는 전동벨트.
- 제8항에서 정의된 조성물로 이루어진 완충제를 갖는 전동벨트.
- 제13항에서 정의된 조성물로 이루어진 완충제를 갖는 전동벨트.
- 제16항에 있어서, 복수-리브 V-벨트인 전동벨트.
- 완충부를 제1항에서 정의된 고무상 조성물로 조립함을 특징으로 하여 완충제를 갖는 전동밸트의 내구성을 향상시키는 방법.
- 완충부를 제8항에서 정의된 고무상 조성물로 조립함을 특징으로 하여 완충제를 갖는 전동밸트의 내구성을 향상시키는 방법.
- 완충부를 제13항에서 정의된 고무상 조성물로 조립함을 특징으로 하여 완충제를 갖는 전동밸트의 내구성을 향상시키는 방법.
