Claims (6)

  1. 개방된 보어와 그 보어에 이르는 방출통로를 갖는 본체와 탐침상의 상기 보어내에 자리잡고 있으며 상기 탐침으로 선회챔버를 한정하는 노즐 삽입체로 구성되며, 상기 본체가 예정된 경도의 재료로 제조되며 상기 보어에 동심적인 원통형 탐침을 가지며, 상기 보어가 일정한 직경의 원활한 원통형 벽에 의해 한정되며, 상기 삽입체가 선회챔버와 연통하는 방출 오리피스를 보유하는 중앙부와, 중앙부로부터 외향하여 반경방향으로 신장하며, 상기 보어의 외측을 향하는 단부벽을 갖는 환상, 원추형 플랜지로 구성되고, 상기 플랜지가 반경방향으로 가요성이며 상기 종료 단부에서 상기한 일정한 직경보다 약간 큰 직경의 예리한 외측 주연부로 되며, 상기 삽입체 본체가 상기 헤드본체 재료의 것보다 단단한 재료로 되며, 상기 원추형 플랜지가 상기 예리한 주연부가 상기 원통형 벽내로 침투함에 따라 상기 보어내에 충분히 자리잡은 상기 삽입체를 확실히 로크 및 시일하기 위한 원형, 자체로크 포올을 한정하는 유체투사기용 작동기헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삽입체가 대략 W형상의 단면으로 되며, 상기 중앙부가 상기 방출 오리피스를 보유하는 그 저부를 갖는 절두 원추에 의해 한정되며, 상기 원추형 플랜지가 상기 절두 원추의 원형연부로부터 신장하는 작동기 헤드.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오리피스를 둘러싸며 상기 탐침을 둘러싸는 상기 원형부 상에 내향하여 신장하는 원통형 배플 수단이 마련되며, 상기 배플 수단이 상기 통로 및 상기 선회챔버와 연통하여 1개 이상의 접선방향의 측부입구를 가지며, 상기 삽입체의 상기 중앙부가 상기 배플수단과 함께 상기 선회챔버를 한정하기 위해 상기 탐침의 팁으로부터 이간 배치되는 작동기헤드.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 헤드가 교대를 포함하며, 상기 삽입체의 내측 단부가 상기 보어내에 충분히 자리잡을때 상기 교대에 대해 자리잡으며, 상기 헤드상의 환상 립 시일이 상기 통로를 둘러싸며 상기 절두원추와 시일계합되게 상기 교대의 밖으로 돌출하는 작동기헤드.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지의 상기 단부벽이 상기 플랜지의 외측 원추면에 대해 예각으로 배치됨으로써 상기한 예리한 연부를 한정하는 작동기.
  6. 방출 오리피스를 보유하는 그 저부로 1방향으로 신장하는 절두 원추에 의해 한정된 중앙부를 갖는 대략 W형상 단면의 원형체, 상기 원추의 원형연부에 연결되며 상기 1방향과 반대방향으로 신장하는 환상, 외측의 반경방향으로 가요성인 원추형 플랜지 및 상기 오리피스를 둘러싸며 상기 1방향으로 신장하는 상기 중심부상의 원통형 배플 수단으로 구성되며, 상기 플랜지의 외측단부 벽이 그것으로 원형, 외측, 주변의 예리한 로크 연부를 한정하기 위해 상기 플랜지의 외측 원추형 표면에 대해 예각으로 배치됨으로써, 상기 로크 연부가 보어의 벽내로 침투함에 따라 상기 플랜지가 상기 삽입체를 분무 헤드의 원활한 원통형 보어내로 로크하기 위한 자체로크 포올로서 작용하며, 상기 배플 수단이 상기 헤드상의 원통형 탐침을 둘러싸도록 되며 상기 오리피스와 연통하여 1개 이상의 접선방향 측부 입구를 갖는 유체투사기의 작동기 헤드용 노즐 삽입체.
