제1도는 통상의 3-롤 가역롤 코팅기상에서 본 발명의 압감접착전이 테이프의 제조를 나타낸 도면, 제2도는 본 발명의 접착전이 테이프의 표면을 확대한 사진의 트레이싱.

Claims (7)

  1. 접착제가 광개시제와 각각이 아아치형으로 분산되어 있고 접착테이프의 0.1-5부피 퍼센트를 차지하고 있으며 5-40마이크로미터의 평균 직경과 3-30mm의 평균 길이를 갖는 모노필라멘트를 포함하며 이에의해 상기의 테이프가 쉽게 떼어내질 수 있으며 상기의 접착층은 고무같고 모노필라멘트가 없으면 떼어내기 어려운 것을 특징으로 하는 ,알킬기에 4-12 탄소원자를 갖는 5-100부의 알킬 아크릴레이트와 대응하는 50-0부의 공중합할 수 있는 모노에틸렌성 불포화모노머의 중합체와 각각의 임의 적으로 겹쳐 있으며 인장된 상태로 균일하게 퍼져 있는 유기 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 접착층으로 구성되는 압감 접착전이 테잎.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 접착층이 유리 라이너(release liner)에 의해 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압감접착 테이프.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 모노필라멘트가 나일론 인것을 특징으로 하는 압감접착 테이프
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 모노필라멘트가 5-10mm의 균일한 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 압감접착 테이프
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 모노필라멘트가 10-20마이크로미터의 균일한 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 압감접착 테이프
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 모노필라멘트는 접착층의 0.5-1.0 부피퍼센트 만큼 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압감접착 테이프
  7. 코팅할 수 있는 점도와 광개시제를 포함하는 일킬 아크릴레이트의 용매없는 시럽을 준비하고, 평균 직경5-40마이크로미터와 평균길이 3-30mm를 갖으며 시럽의 0.1-5부피퍼센트의 양으로 준비한 유기필라멘트를 시럽에 혼합하여 혼합물을 유리 라이너상에 구멍을 통하여 0.03-2mm두께로 코팅하고 코팅된 시럽을 광중합하여 압감접착 상태가 되게하는 단계로 구성되는 압강-접착 전이테이프의 제조방법.
