Claims (8)
- 표시스크린상에 접속되고, 필드를 만들어내는 최소한 하나의 전자빔을 발생하는 진공엔벨로프 수단을 구비하는 표시관에 있어서, 상기 표시스크린은 캐리어상에 테르비움 활성화 형광체를 구비하며, 상기 표시스크린에서 형광체에 의해 방출된 광선은 필터를 통과하고, 테르비움의 5D3레벨에서 시작되는 형광체의 에너지 방출은 전체 데르비움 레벨의 에너지 방출이 최소한 40%이며, 테르비움의 5D3에서 7F5와 5D3에서 7F4의 방출이 생기는 곳의 파장에서 필터의 전달이 75%이상이며, 필터는 테르비운의 5D4에서 7F5와 5D4에서 7F4및 5D4에서 7F3의 방출이 생기는 곳에서, 10%이하의 전달특성을 가지어 CIE칼러 삼각도에서 여파된 광선의 칼러포인트가 X≤0.200이고 Y≤0.100이 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시관.
- 제1항의 표시관에서, 테르비움 활성화 형광체는 LnOx를 기본으로 하는 형광체를 특징으로 하여, Ln은 가도리늄(Gd), 루테티움(Lu), 이트륨(Y) 및 란티늄(La)그룹으로부터 하나이상의 원소로 되어 있고, X는 불소(F), 염소(Cl), 브론 및 요오드(I)로부터 하나이상의 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시관.
- 제2항의 표시관에 있어서, 테르비움 활성화 형광체 는란타늄옥시 브로마이드(LaOBr)를 기본으로 하는 형광체이며, 테르비움(Tb)의 농도는 란타늄(La)에 대해 0.07과 2mol%사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시관.
- 제1항의 표시관에 있어서, 테르비움 활성화 형광체는 이트륨 옥시설파이드(Y2O2S)를 기본으로 하는 형광체이며, 테르비움(Tb)의 농도는 이트륨(Y)에 대해 0.05와 1mol%사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시관.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 표시관에 있어서, 필터는 410과 420㎚사이와, 435와 445㎚사이의 파장을 가진 광선에 대해 75%이상의 전달성을 가지며, 445와 530㎚사이에서 필터의 전달성은 530m에서 15%인 것 이하이며, 540과 560㎚사이의 580과 600㎚사이 및 610과 630㎚사이에서는 10%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시관.
- 제5항의 표시관에 있어서, 445와 530㎚사이에서 필터의 전달성을 530㎚에서 10%보다 적게 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시관.
- 제5항 또는 제6항의 표시관에 있어서, 필터는 540과 560㎚사이에서 5%이하의 전달도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시관.
- 제1항 내지 제7항의 표시관에 있어서, 상기 표시관은 텔레비젼 영상표지관인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시관.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
