Claims (17)

  1. 탐지헤드를 기계요소에 전진시키는 단계, 윤관에 기준점을 결정하는 단계, 탐지헤드와 기계요소 사이에 연속적인 상대적 운동이 이루어지게 하는 단계, 윤곽을 따라서 기존점으로부터 윤곽정보를 연속적으로 취득하는 단계와, 다음 처리를 위하여 일정한 간격을 두고 이들 정보를 컴퓨터에 공급하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 기계요소의 윤곽검사방법.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 연속적인 상대적 회전운동이 참지헤드와 기계요소 사이에서 이루어지는 바의 방법.
  3. 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 각 변위가 단계적으로 기록되는 바의 방법.
  4. 청구범위 1-3항에 있어서, 기준점이 윤곽에 선택되고 이로부터 운동이 결정되는 바의 방법.
  5. 전기 청구범위에 있어서, 기계요소의 윤곽이 사전에 결정돈 프로그램에 따라서 처리후에 컴퓨터에 공급된 신호로부터 그려지는 바의 방법
  6. 전기 청구범위에 있어서, 검사될 윤곽이 캠의 윤곽인 바의 방법
  7. 청구범위 6항에 있어서, 속도와 가속도데이타가 사전에 결정된 프로그램에 따라 처리된 후 컴퓨터에 공급된 신호로부터 그려진다.
  8. 청구범위 6항에 있어서, 캠형태의 에터플로트가 사전에 검정된 프로그램에 따라 처리된 후 컴퓨터에 기억된 캠축데이타를 이용하여 컴퓨터에 공급된 신호로부터 그려지는 바의 방법.
  9. 지지체, 윤곽의 위치에 따라 신호를 발생하기 위한 변환기, 검사될 기계요소와 변환기 사이의 연속적인 상대적 운동이 이루어지도록 지지체에 결합된 구동장치와, 다음의 처리를 위하여 변환기로부터 컴퓨터로 신호를 공급하기 위한 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 한 기계요소의 윤곽검사장치.
  10. 청구범위 9항에 있어서, 구동장치가 회전구동장치인 바의 장치.
  11. 청구범위 10항에 있어서, 회전부호기가 불연속단계에서 각 변위를 기록토록 제공된 바의 장치.
  12. 청구범위 11항에 있어서, 변환기와 회전부호기가 각 디지털 독출장치와 인터페이스를 통하여 컴퓨터에 연결된 바의 방치.
  13. 청구범위 12항에 있어서, 기계요소가 캠이고 하나의 디지털 독출장치가 변환기에 의하여 측정된 티프트의 연속정보를 제공하고 다른 디지탈 독출장치는 회전부호기에 의하여 측정된 각도의 연속정보를 제공하는 바의 장치.
  14. 청구범위 9-13항에 있어서, 기계요소가 캠이고 지지체가 캠을 재가하기 위한 축을 위하여 제공되고, 이 지지체중 하나가 상이한 길이의 측에 적합토록 이동가능한 바의 장치.
  15. 청구범위 9-14항에 있어서, 폴루터가 컴퓨터에 연결된 바의 장치.
