Claims (1)

  1. 캔디다 우틸리스(candida utilis)를 정체기에 수확한 효모현탁액에 단백질 분해효소를 첨가하여 45-55℃에서 자기 소화시켜 효모에키스를 제조하는 통상의 방법에 있어서, 효모 현탁액에 자기소화촉진제로 염화칼륨을 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 개량된 효모에키스 제조방법.
