Claims (3)
- 유량조절밸브인바 한쪽에 유입구(2), 다른쪽에 유출구(3)가 마련되었으며 또한 상하부가 폐쇄된 밸브통(1) 안을 그 밸브통 내벽에 상하방향으로 일정한 간격을 두어 가로방향으로 고정한 한쌍의 상부 간막이벽(4) 및 하부간막이벽(5)에 의하여 상방으로부터 상부실(6), 유입구(2)가 있는 유입실(7) 및 유출구(3)가 있는 유출실(8)로 분할함과 동시에 전술한 3실(6),(7),(8)내에 상하단으로 개구(26) ,(29)를 지닌 속이빈 통상의 밸브(11)를 상하부간막이벽에 마련한 제1,제2연통구멍(9),(10)에 상하방향으로 접동이 자유롭도록 끼워넣고 이 밸브(11)의 밸브축 ( 31)을 밸브통(1)의 커버(24)를 관통하여 위쪽으로 돌출시키며, 밸브(11)의 하반부를 주벽에 다수의 소공(22)을 지닌 유량제어부(13)로 하고 상반부를 주벽에 홈이 있는 폐쇄부(12)로 하여 유량제어부 (13)의 하단 외주면이 제2연통구멍(10)에 끼웠을때는 유량제어부(13)와 폐쇄부(12) 의 중간부분의 외주면이 제1연통구멍(9)에 끼워지며 폐쇄부(12)의 상면외주면이 제1연통구명(9)에 끼웠을때는 유량제어부(13)와 폐쇄부(12)의 중간부분의 외주면이 제2연통구멍(10)에 끼워지게되어 밸브(11)의 하단이 유출실(8)의 저벽에 맞닿았을때 밸브(11)의 상단이 유압실(7)에 위치하고, 또 밸브(11)의 상단이 상부커버(24)에 맞닿았을때 밸브(11)의 하단이 유압실(7)내에 위치하게 되어 있음을 특징으로 한다.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 의한 유량조절밸브로서 밸브(11)의 유량제어부(13)와 폐쇄부(12)와는 각기 별개체로 형성된 것으로 구성한 것이며 유량제어부(13)와 폐쇄부(12)는 이탈할 수 있도록 연결되어 있다.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 의한 유량조절밸브로서 밸브(11)의 유량제어부(13)의 다수의 소공(22)은 외주측의 직경이 내주측의 직경보다 크게 되어 있다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
