제1도는 하우징(housing)이 용기 뚜껑에 고정되기전의 본발명 제1실시예의 구성요소들을 보여주는 것으로서 제2도의 선 1－1을 따라 취한 단면도. 제3도는 하우징이 용기 뚜껑에 고정된 다음에 하우징의 구성요소들을 보여주는 도면으로서 제1도와 유사한 부분단면도. 제10도는 본 발명 제2 실시예로서 제1도와 같은 단면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 요리용기 뚜껑(12)의 표면에 맞는 외측 표면을 지닌 기부(14)가 있으며 또한 용기 뚜껑의 손잡이로서 기능을 하는 하우징(housing)(11)과, 상기 하우징 내측에 위치한 나선형 바이메탈(bimetal)온도계(27)와, 온도측정 요소에 의해서 작동되며 하우징(11)안에서 회전하도록 설치된 온도를 가리키는 회전구(29,30)와, 볼 수 있는 온도표시 장치와 떨어져 있는 반면에 하우징(11)상부와 밀착된 유리부분(15)과, 하우징(11)을 뚜껑(12)에 고정시키는 장치등으로 구성된 요리용기용 온도계 장치에 있어서, 하우징(11)의 용기뚜껑(12)에 고정될때 하우징의 기부(14)는 탄력있게 변형될 수 있어서 기부(14)의 저면이 용기 뚜껑(14)의 모양에 꼭 맞도록 변형하며 나선형 바이메탈 온도계(27)는 상기 기부(14)를 통하여 온도계로의 열전달이 확실히 되도록 하우징(11)기부의 내측면에 대하여 편평하게 놓여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 요리용기용 온도계 장치.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 하우징(11)은 탄력있게 변형될 수 있는 플라스틱(Plastic)재료로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 요리용기용 온도계 장치.
  3. 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 고정장치(20－23,24－26)는 상기 고정장치에 의해서 하우징의 기부(14)가 뚜껑(12)에 밀착되는 적어도 하나의 작동위치와 상기 하징과 분리된 위치사이에서 뚜껑(12)과 일체로된 부분(Part)(24－26)에 관하여 각 (angular)이동할 수 있으며 하우징(11)과 일체로된 다른부분(20－23)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 요리용기용 온도계장치.
  4. 청구범위 제3항에 있어서, 고정 장치들은 다수의 각(angular) 작동위치를 지닌 착검 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 요리용기용 온도계 장치.
  5. 청구범위 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 고정장치는 용기 뚜껑(12)과 일체로된 나사가 형성된 봉인 볼트부분(54a)과 하우징(11a)과 일체도된 너트부분(55)로 구성되어 있으며 한편으로는 상기 나사가 형성된 봉(54a)과 상호작용하는 너트(55)로서 기능을 하는 요소와, 다른 한편으로는 너트부분(55)과 하우징(11a)사이에 위치한 추력제한 장치(57－60)를 포함하여 하우징(11a)에 발휘된 추력이 설정된 최대값을 초과했을 때 너트부분(55)에 관하여 하우징(11a)이 회전하는 것을 특징으 리용요로하는 기용온도계 장치.
  6. 전기 청구범위의 한 항에 있어서, 플라스틱 재료로 만들어진 하우징은 유연성있는 주변부(18)와 림(rim)(19)을 포함하며, 상기 림(19)은 하우징(11)이 뚜껑(12)에 고정될 때 하우징의 기부앞에서 뚜껑(12)과 접촉되어 있으며 하우징(11)이 뚜껑에 고정되도록 돌려지고 하우징 기부가 용기 뚜껑(12)과 밀착될때 상기 주변부(18)는 변형되는 한편 용기 뚜껑(12)과 접촉된 상태로 남아있는 것을 특징으로 하는 요리용기용 온도계 장치.
