Description

가스 호우스 연결구
제1도는 본 고안의 분해 사시도.
제2도는 본 고안 조립상태의 확대단면도.
제3도는 본 고안의 연결상태를 보인 사시도.
본 고안은 가스 호우스를 기구에 연결하는 연결구에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 연결되는 호우스의 이탈을 방지하기 위하여 호우스가 끼워지는 접속관 외부에 별도의 결속구와 링으로 결속시켜야 하는 불편이 있었다.
본 고안은 접속관에 끼워지는 협착관 자체에 협착편을 형성하되 협착편 내면에 경사돌기를 돌설시켜 고정너트의 결착에 따라 경사돌기가 호우스 외연을 경사진 상태로 깊이 물려지게한 것인 바, 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
밸브(1)의 접속관(2)에 끼워지는 호우스(3) 부위에 전단이 할개구(4)가 형성된 협착편(5)과 일체로 된 협착관(6)을 끼워 외연에 형성된 나선(6')에 너트(7)로 고정하는 공지한 것에 있어서, 협착편(5) 전단부에 경사물림돌기(8)를 돌설시켜서 된 것으로, 협착관(6) 내경에도 돌륜환대(9)를 돌설시켜서 된 것이다.
이와 같이 하여서된 본 고안은 접속관(2)에 호우스(3)를 끼워 주면 호우스(3) 외연에 끼워진 협착관(6)이 접속관(2) 외연에 위치하게 되며, 협착관(6) 전면에는 할개구(4)에 의하여 여러개로 형성된 협착편(5)이 접속관(2)에 먼저 끼워진 너트(7)대로 유입되게한 후 너트(7)로 협착관(6) 외연에 형성된 나선(6')에 나합시키면 협착편(5)이 오므러지게 되는데 협착편(5) 끝단부에 경사지게 돌설된 물림돌기(8)가 호우스(3)가 끼워지는 방향으로 호우스(3) 외연을 경사진 상태로 깊이 물려지게 되어 호우스(3)를 잡아주는 힘이 보강되어 결속구에 연결된 호우스(3)의 이탈을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 밸브(1)의 접속관(2)에 호우스(3)를 끼우고 협착편(5)과 일체로된 협착관(6)을 끼워 결속시키는 공지한 것에 있어서, 협착편(5) 전단부를 경사물림돌기(8)로 형성시켜서 됨을 특징으로 하는 가스호우스 연결구.
