Description

비디오 테이프 레코오더의 리일디스크용 브레이크

본 고안은 판스프링을 설치하여 리일디스크(Reel disk)의 브레이크와 텐션작용을 할 수 있도록 하는 비디오 테이프 레코오더의 리일 디스크용 브레이크에 대한 것이다.
종래에는 레버 브레이크를 스프링으로 탄력 설치하여 브레이크 작용을 하도록 하였기 때문에 레버와 스프링이 소요되므로 이들의 제작 및 조립공수가 증가되어 생산원가의 상승과 작업인력의 낭비를 초래하게 되는 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 점을 해결하기 위해 레버 브레이크와 스프링을 제거하고 대신 판스프링만을 설치하여 브레이크 역활을 하도록 하므로 부품의 감소와 조립이 간편하도록 고안한 것으로 첨부 도면에 의거 상술하면 다음과 같다.
리일디스크(1)에 권취되는 텐션밴드(2)의 일측에, 펠트(3)가 선단에 판스프링(4)을 설치하여 선단부가 리일디스크(1)에 접지되도록 하며, 판스프링(4)은 핀치캠(5)에 입설된 연동편(6)에 의해 작동되도록 하여서 된 것이다.
이와 같이된 본 고안은, 리일디스크(1)가 정상회전을 할때에는 핀치캠(5)이 제2도와 같이 측방으로 움직이므로 이에 입설된 연동편(6)이 판스프링(4)을 가상선(a)과 같이 당겨주어 펠트(3)가 부착된 선단부가 리일디스크(1)에서 격리되도록 하므로 정상회전이 되며, 이때에는 덴션밴드(2)의 텐션작용이 이루어진다.
또한 브레이크 역할을 할때에는 핀치캠(5)이 원위치로 돌아가면 판스프링(4)의 선단부가 리일디스크(1)에 접지되므로 브레이크 역활을 하게되며 이때에는 선단에 부착된 펠트(3)에 의해, 브레이크의 효과가 더욱 높아지는 것이다.
이와 같이된 본 고안은 종래와 같이레버브레이크와 스프링을 사용하지 않고 판스프링만을 사용하여 브레이크와 텐션 작용을 할 수 있도록 하므로 부품수의 감소와 이에 따른 작업공정 및 생산비를 절감할 수 있는 등 매우 효과적인 고안이다.

  1. 텐션밴드(2)의 일측에 펠트(3)가 선단에 부착된 판스프링(4)을 설치하여, 핀치캠에 입설된 연동편(6)에 의해 선단부가 리일디스크에 착탈 자재토록함을 특징으로 하는 비디오 테이프 레코오더의 리일 디스크용 브레이크.
