탄소물질 단독 또는 탄소물질과 공지의 산화물, 탄화물 또는 질화물 등의 무기물질에 카본이 1중량% 이상 함유되도록 카본 생성결합체를 혼합하여된 통상의 카본 함유 내화연의 조성물에 금속 알미늄분말과 금속 실리콘 분말을 단독 또는 혼합한 적량을 첨가하여 통상의 내화연와 제조방법과 같이 성형 및 열처리함을 특징으로 하는 카본함유 내화연와의 제조방법.The metal aluminum powder and the metal silicon powder are added to a carbon-containing fire retardant composition in which a carbon material alone or a carbonaceous compound is mixed with an inorganic material such as oxides, carbides or nitrides so as to contain at least 1% by weight of carbon.
