이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 그 후렌지(5)를 기화기(7)의 하측 후렌지와 흡입 메니홀드(8)의 상측 후렌지사이에 끼워져 V자형 만곡부(2)가 흡입메니홀드내에 내장되게하여 고정한 다음 배기 가스 입구(6)와 출구(6')를 자동차의 소음기를 통하는 배기관 중간에 연결사용하는것으로 자동차의 엔진이 시동되면 엔진에서 소음기로 배출되는 가열된 배기가스 일부가 배기가스 입구(6)에서 출구(6')로 흐르게 되고 기화기에 의하여 휘발유와 공기가 혼합된 혼합가스는 피스톤의 흡인력에 의하여 기화기(7)에서 흡인메니홀드(8)를 통하여 엔진의 실린더로 흐르게 되는데 이때 격판(4)에 의하여 V자 만곡부(2) 양측이 폐쇄되어 있고 그 격판(4)에는 통공(3)만이 천공되어 있음으로 그 혼합가스는 반드시 통공(3)을 통하게 되며, 한편 가열된 배기가스가 흐르는 관체(1)는 V자 만곡부(2)를 형성하고 있음으로 발열 면적이 클뿐아니라 격판(4)은 만곡부(2)에 용착되어 있음으로 만곡부(2)의 열이 격판(4)에 전도되어 흡입메니홀드(8)내에서의 관체(1)의 발열 면적은 더욱 커지며, 따라서 혼합가스는 그와 같이 발열 면적이 큰 V자 만곡부(2) 내부를 통과하는 것임으로 충분히 가열되고 또한 더욱 세무화되는 것임으로 그 기화 가스가 실린더 내에서 압축 폭발될때 완전연소를 기할 수 있다. 특히, 본 고안은 통공(3)을 격판(4) 하단 보다 약간 상측에 천공하면 통공(3)하측의 양 격판(4)사이 공간에서 혼합가스의 와류현상이 발생하여 혼합가스의 가열 세무화 효과를 더욱 증대 시킬 수 있다.According to the present invention, the flange 5 is inserted between the lower flange of the vaporizer 7 and the upper flange of the suction manifold 8 so that the V-shaped curved portion 2 is embedded in the suction manifold, and then fixed.
