Claims (3)

  1. 적어도 한장의 편면 골판지의 적어도 1장의 라이너를 연속적으로 공급하는 장치와, 편면 골판지의 파형의 산부분에 생 녹말의 물분산액을 도포하는 장치와, 도포된 생녹말액에 증기를 붙어서 겔화하는 장치와 적어도 1장의 편면 골판지와 적어도 1장의 라이너를 압착하여 접착일체화하여서 골판지를 형성하는 장치와 형성된 골판지를 연속적으로 취출하는 장치로 본질적으로 구성된 골판지 제조장치에 있어서,
    증기를 불어대는 장치는 편면 골판지에 근접하고 그 이동방향에 가로지르는 복수개의 관상체를 포함하며, 각 관상체는 그 상부에 다수의 노즐을 가지며, 각 관상체의 공간은 고압증기용 통로를 이루는 중심 파이프에 의해서 상부 헤드실과 하부 헤드실로 구획되고 상기 양실은 증기 통로를 통해 서로 통하게 되며, 하부헤드실은 저압증기를 공급하는 파이프를 구비하며, 증기를 불어대는 장치는 편면 골판지의 이동방향에서 봤을때 그 상류측 끝에 배치되고 또 이동방향에 경사진 방향으로 공기를 불어대는 스릿을 가지는 송풍장치를 포함하며, 편면 골판지를 형성하는 장치는 적어도 1장의 편면 골판지와 적어도 1장의 라이너를 압착하는 동안 라이너에 접촉하면서 가열하는데 적합한 열판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골판지 제조장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 편면 골판지를 가로질러 증기송출 장치와 대향하는 영역을 덮고, 편면 골판지의 양가장자리를 넘어갈만큼의 길이를 가지며, 그 상부에 드래프트를 구비한 보온후드를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골판지 제조장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 편면 골판지의 이동방향에서 봤을때 생녹말의 분산액을 도포하는 장치의 상류에 배치되고, 편면 골판지의 코어를 둘러싸는 후드와 후드 중에 개구하여 코어에 증기를 불기에 적합하게 된 노즐로 이루어진 가습장치를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골판지 제조장치.
