Claims (5)
- 제품을 전해질에 침지시키고, 최소한 하나의 양극대와 최소한 하나의 음극대가 상기 제품에 동시에 형성되게 전해질에 의해 전류를 상기제품에 흐르게 하여 긴형상의 금속제품표면을 정지모드 또 이송모드로 전기화학처리하는 금속제품표면의 전기화학처리 방법에 있어서, 상기대들을 제품전체에 동시에 변위시키고 서로 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제품표면의 전기화학 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변위를 제어된 속도로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제품표면의 전기화학 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변위를 주기적으로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제품표면의 전기화학 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 처리방법이 이송모드일 경우 상기대들의 변위속도가 제품의 이동속도보다 2배 빠른것을 특징으로 하는 금속제품 표면의 전기화학 처리방법.
- 단일구획실을 갖고 제품이 침지되어 있으며, 상기 전해질에 침지시킨 전극의 배열이 셀의 종방향벽에 설치되고, 부품의 근처에 구성요소가 배치되어 있으며, 상기 전해질에 의해 제품길이의 한 부분상에 음극대 및 양극대가 형성되게 발전기의 극중 하나의 극에 의하여 전력이 공급되는 전해질 셀을 함유하는 제1항에 따른 방법을 실시하기 위한 전기 화학처리 장치에 있어서, 전극들이 그룹당 최소한 하나의 전극의 연속적인 4개의 그룹의 최소한 하나의 배열을 형성하며, 각 배열이 발전기의 각극에 의하여 충전되는 두개의 그룹과 상기에 의해 충전되지 않는 두개의 그룹을 동일방향으로 함유하며, 상기 그룹중의 한 그룹은 두개의 상기한 그룹과 다른 다음 그룹사이에 배치되어 있고, 어떤 프로그램에 따라서 각 그룹의 단부에 배치된 전극들 중 최소한 하나의 전극이 셀의 전 길이에 거쳐 셀을 따른 최소한 하나의 전극에 의한 이동을 제외한 동일한 전기적 구성이 되도록 전기상태를 변화시켜, 셀의 단부들 중 하나의 단부에서 다른 단부로 이월되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제품표면의 전기화학 처리장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
