Claims (5)

  1. 다음 일반식(II)의 (디)티오포스포네이트를 다음 일반식(III)의 할로아세틸 퀴녹살리논과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 다음 일반식(I)의 유기포스포러스 퀴녹살리논을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R은 C1-C4알킬기이고; R1및 R2는 같거나 다르며, C1-C4알킬기 또는 수소원자이고; R3은 수소, 염소 또는 불소원자 또는 C1-C4알킬기이고; X는 산소 또는 황원자이고; Y는 알카리 국속원자 또는 암모늄기이고; A는 염소 또는 브롬 원자이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R이 C1-C3알킬기이고; R1이 수소원자 또는 메틸기이고; R2가 수소원자 또는 C1-C3알킬기이고; R3이 수소, 불소, 또는 염소 원자, 또는 메틸기이고; X가 산소 또는 황원자인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 화합물이 4-(0,0-디에틸디티오포스포릴아세틸)-1-메틸-1,2,3,4-테트라하이드로-2-퀴녹살리논인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 화합물이 4- (0,0-디에틸디티오포스포릴아세틸)-1-메틸-6-클로로-1,2,3,4-테트라하이드로-2-퀴녹살리논인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 화합물이 4-(0,0-디에틸디티오포스포릴아세틸)-1-메틸-6-플루오로-1,2,3,4-테트라하이드로-2-퀴녹살리논인 방법.
