제2A,2B도는 상부 코드부재의 선택적 배열(S형과 Z형)을 나타내는 본 발명에 따라 건조된 죠이스트의 종단면도.
Claims (18)
- 보강망사를 포함하고, 위에 씌우고 그리고 부분적으로 죠이스트의 길이를 들이는 S. Z형 프랜지 한쌍이 대칭적으로 서로 반대위치에 놓여 콘크리트슬랩에 묻혀 있는 상부코드와 콘크리트 슬랩에 묻히지 않는 웨브로연결된 하부코드가 있는 다수의 강죠이스트가 끼워넣어져 있는 수평콘크리트 슬랩으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트구조물 및 복합강.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 S. Z형 프랜지가 아래로 뻗어 있는 지지레그를 갖추고 상기 레그와 웨브가 함께 상기 웨브에 용접 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합강.
- 각 상부코드부재의 아래로 뻗은 지지레그를 웨브에 용접시켜 코드부재에 붙어있게 되는 S. Z형의 두개의 가느다랗게 압연된 동일한 강부재를 이루어져 있으며 서로 거울에 비친 형상처럼 반대로 놓여있는 상부코드와 웨브로 결합된 하부코드로 이루어지며 상기 S. Z부분이 슬랩과 복합작용을 나타내도록 콘크리트 슬랩내에 묻히도록 되어있어 복합가과 콘크리트 바닥시스템에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강죠이스트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 스패너바아에 있는 콘크리트 억제틀을 지지하고 스패너바아끝을 끼워넣는데 사용하기 위해 세로로 간격을 두고 다수의 개방구가 있고 아래로 내리뻗은 지지레그가 상기 웨브에 용접되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 강죠이스트.
- 거울에 비치는 형상과 같이 반대로 놓여 수직축에 대해 대칭되는 죠이스트를 제공하며 콘크리트슬랩에 삽입물로 쓰이고 한쌍의 S. Z형 부재들로 구성되는 상부코드와 하부코드 그리고 이들을 연결하는 웨브로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강죠이스트와 트러스.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 웨브가 꾸불 꾸불한 연속바아로 구성되어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 죠이스트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 웨브가 다수의 채널형 압축재와 인장재로 구성되는지는 것을 특징으로 하는 죠이스트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 웨브가 쉬이트(sheet) 혹은 판(plate)으로 구성되어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 죠이스트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 하부코드가 상기 웨브에 용접 연결된 한쌍의 앵글부재로 구성되어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 죠이스트.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 앵글이 용접연결로 상기 웨브에 연결되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 죠이스트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 웨브와 함께 단일강편으로 구성되고 압연되어지는 상기 하부코드로 구성되어 지는것을 특징으로 하는 죠이스트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 복합강과 콘크리트구조물을 조립하는데 틀짜기공사를 지지할 스패너바아를 끼울수 있도록 개방구가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 죠이스트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 죠이스트가 상기 수직축에 연결된 두 개의 동일 횡단부재들로 구성되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 죠이스트.
- 상기 슬랩, 웨브 그리고 하부코드에 전달 연결부를 형성하기 위해 콘크리트 슬랩내에 삽입되어 있는 상부코드를 갖추고, 박판강의 압연부분으로 만들어져 그 안에서 형성된 상부코드의 반, 웨브그리고 하부코드를 갖춘 각부재들이 서로 등을 맞대고 연결된 두 개의 동일 모양의 부재를 형성하며, 복합강과 콘크리트 구조에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강죠이스트.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 상부코드가 한쌍의 S. Z횡단형으로 구성되어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 죠이스트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 죠이스트들이 강비임에 의해 지지되고 상기 슬랩과 함께채워넣어지는 판벽널(infill panel)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 각 죠이스트가 제14항에서 주장한 것과 같이 형성되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 비임이 웨브에 고정된 레거(ledger)를 갖고 있는 그리하여 두꺼워진 슬랩이 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
