제 1도는 실시예 1애서 얻어진 폴리에스테르의 핵자기 공명 스펙트럼.

Claims (13)

  1. 텔레프탈산, 이소프탈산, 오르토프탈산 및 탄소수 4내지 10의 직쇄지방족 디카복실산으로 된 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 그 이상의 디카복실산과 탄소수 2내지 10의 지방족 디올및 탄소수 6내지 8의 지환식 디올로 된 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 그 이상의 디올, 또는 이들의 에스테르 형성 유도체를 하기의 알루미늄 화합물.
  2. (여기에서 R5는 지방족, 지환신 또는 단환식 방향족 알코올의 수산기를 없앤 1가의 기를 나타낸다.
  3. R6는 탄소수 1내지 30의 지방족 모노카복실산, 탄소수 6내지 30의 지환식 모노카복실산, 탄소수 7내지 20의 방향족 모노카복실산, 또는 이들의 유도체인 디카복실산 모노에스테르, 또는 디카복실산 모노 알칼리 금속염으로부터 유기 카복실기를 제거한 1가의 기를 나타낸다. 또한 R7은 메틸기 또는 페닐기를, R8은 메틸기, 페닐기 또는 지방족 알코올의 수산기의 양성자를 제거한 1가의 기를 나타낸다.
  4. 특히 i,j,k는 각각의 기가 알루미늄 원자에 결합된 평균값을 나타내며, i+j+k=3이고 또한 0i2, 0j3, 0k3이다)의 존재하에서 중합시킨것을 특징으로 하며, 구성단위가 하기식(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ),(Ⅲ)및 (Ⅳ)
  5. (식중에서 R1은 텔레프탈산, 이소프탈산, 오르토프탈산 및 탄소수 4내지 10의 직쇄 지방족 디카복실 산으로 된 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 그 이상의 디카복실산에서 카복실기를 제거한 2가의 기를 나타내고 R2는 탄소수 6내지 30의 지방족 또는 지환식 모노카복실산 및 탄소수 7내지 20의 방향족 모노카복실산으로된 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 그 이상의 모노카복실산에서 카복실기를 제거한 1가의 기를 나타내고, D는 탄소수 2내지 6의 지방족 디올 및 탄소수 6내지 8의 지환식 디올로 된 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 그 이상의 디올에서 수산기를 제거한 2가의 기를 나타낸다. 또한 m,n,P1,P2,P3및 q는 각각 0또는 1이고, 각 구성단위는 (Ⅰ)과 (Ⅱ),(Ⅰ)과 (Ⅲ), (Ⅱ)와 (Ⅲ),(Ⅱ)와 (Ⅳ), 같은 (Ⅲ)끼리, 및 (Ⅲ)과(Ⅳ)의 사이에서 결합하여, 이러한 결합은 산소원자를 1개만 끼운 것을 나타낸다)로 되고 (Ⅰ):(Ⅱ)의 몰비가 실질적으로 1:1이고, (Ⅰ):(Ⅱ)의 몰비가 1000:1내지 100:5이며, (Ⅲ):(Ⅳ)의 몰비가 4:1내지 1:10이고, 고유점도가 0.5dl/g 이상인 열가소성 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 디카복실산 에스테르와 디올을 에스테르 교횐반응시킨후에 그 알루미늄 화합물을 첨가하여 중합하는 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 그 알루미늄 화합물에 있어서, j0이고 또한 R6이 탄소수 6내지 30의 지방족 또는 지환식 모노카복실산, 또는 탄소수 7내지 20의 방향족 모노카복실산에서 카복실기를 제거한 1가의 기인 알루미늄화합물을 써서, 중합반응중에 그 알루미늄 화합물중에서 -OR5기 및기를 실질적으로 완전히 계외로 제거하고, -OOCR6기만을 구성단위(Ⅳ)로서 잔존시키는 제조방법.
  8. 제 3항에 있어서, j0이고 또한 R6은 페닐기인 알루미늄 화합물을 사용하는 제조방법.
  9. 제 3항에 있어서, j0이고 또한 R6이 탄소수 5내지 17의 직쇄 알킬기 및 P-히드록시페닐기인 알루미늄 화합물을 사용하는 제조방법.
  10. 제 1항에 있어서, 그 알루미늄 화합물에 대하여, j0이고 또한 R6이 탄소수 1내지 5의 지방족 모노카복실산에서 카복실기를 제거한 1가의 기이지만, 특히 탄소수 6내지 30의 지방족 또는 지환식 모노 카복실산 및 탄소수 7내지 20의 방향족 모노카복실산으로된 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 그 이상의 모노카복실산 또는 그의 에스테르를 반응계중에 가하여, 중합 반응중에 그 알루미늄 화합물중의 -OR5기, -OOCR6기 및기를 실질적으로 완전히 계외로 제거한 제조방법
