Claims (3)

  1. 고정판연와가 배설된 기반 또는 받침금구와; 프레임, 외주에 기어를 장비한 그 프레임에 스프링을 개재하여 수용한 회전자 및 접동판연와 등으로 되고 전기한 기반에 개폐할 수 있도록 장착된 개폐문; 과를 장비하고 구동원의 감속기 출력을 중간기어를 개재하여 전기한 회전자의 기어에 전달하도록 구성한 로우터리 노즐에 있어서, 전기한 회전자의 기어와 이것과 맞무는 중간기어와의 중심거리를 양 기어의 피치원의 반경끼리의 합보다 약간 크게 선택함과 동시에 회전자를 약간 하강할 수 있도록 구성하여 놓고 회전자의 하강으로 회전자의 기어를 중간기어에 대하여 상대적으로 이동시키고, 그 기어와 맞무는 중간기어의 간섭을 받는 일이 없이 전기한 개폐문을 개폐시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터리 노즐의 개폐문 개폐방법.
  2. 고정판연와가 배설된 기반 또는 받침금구와; 프레임, 외주에 기어를 설비한 그 프레임에 스프링을 개재하여 수용한 회전자 및 접동판연와 등으로 형성하고 전기한 기반에 개폐할 수 있도록 장착한 개폐문; 과를 설비하고 구동원의 감속기출력을 중간기어를 개재하여 전기한 회전자의 기어에 전달하도록 구성한 로우터리 노즐에 있어서, 전기한 회전자의 기어와 이와 맞무는 중간기어와의 중심거리를 양 기어의 피치원의 반경끼리의 합보다 0.6―1.0% 크게 설정하고 전기한 회전자 양단에 경사면 캠을 마련함과 동시에 전기한 프레임에 클램버 삽입부를 마련하고, 그 클램버 삽입부에 클램버를 삽입한 상태에서 전기한 회전자를 회동하였을 때에 전기한 클램버에 캠이 맞물리도록 하여 전기한 회전자를 그 외주의 기어 치폭의 적어도 10―15% 하강 이동시키도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터리 노즐의 개폐문 개폐장치.
