Claims (7)

  1. 일정한 면적을 가지는 평판상의 적어도 그 평판의 중심위치와는 다른 평판 주변상에 마이크로폰 소자를 배치하도록 한것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로폰 장치.
  2. 제1항의 마이크로폰 장치에 있어서, 상기 평판이 원판인 마이크로폰 장치.
  3. 제1항의 마이크로폰 장치에 있어서, 상기 평판이 장방형인 마이크로폰 장치.
  4. 제1항의 마이크로폰 장치에 있어서, 상기 마이크로폰 소자는 평판의 중심으로부터 3/4a 격리되어 배치되며, a는 평판측의 1/2 또는 반경인 마이크로폰 장치.
  5. 제1항에 의한 마이크로폰 장치에 있어서, 상기 마이크로폰 소자는 한쌍으로 구성되어 평판의 중심으로부터 격리되어 대칭으로 배치되며, a는 평판측의 1/2 또는 반경인 마이크로폰 장치.
  6. 제1항에 의한 마이크로폰 장치로서 상기 평판에 점착되는 일정한 두께의 흡음부재를 구비하고 있는 마이크로폰 장치.
