Claims (3)

  1. 피뢰기에 있어서 적어도 하나의 전기적으로 도체인 장치(6)가 피뢰침 첨단(1, 2)의 근처에 위치하고 이 양첨단(1, 2)부터 전기적으로 절연되고 피뢰침에 연결된 도체(3)는 대지에 통하고 제1의 성분(7)을 가진 장치(6)가 대기의 전위에 장치(6)의 조절을 쉽게 하는 적어도 하나의 스파이크(8, 9, 10)로 끝나고 전극(12)과 같이 뻗은 제2의 성분이 피뢰침에 충분히 가까운 거리에 위치하고 적어도 폭풍우 날씨에서 도체장치(6)와 침(1)간의 갭을 건너 발달된 전압의 결과로 전기방전이 전극(12)과 피뢰침(1)간에 일어나 그 방전 자체로 피뢰기의 효능을 충분히 개선하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피뢰기.
  2. 제1항에 도체장치(8)의 제1성분(7)은 피뢰침 부터 일반적으로 방사상 방향으로 뻗는 것.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에서 전극(12)으로써 뻗은 제2성분(11)은 전극과 피뢰침간의 전기방전을 쉽게 하여 스파이크에 의하여 피뢰침에 인접한 끝에서 끝나는 것.
