Claims (5)
- 페더링 위치로 블레이드를 이동할 수 있도록 블레이드피치를 변화시키고 상기한 블레이드의 페더링을 조절하기 위한 페더액츄에이터가 공급된 윈드터빈의 블레이드 페더링 시스템에 있어서, 콘트롤 수단의 동작율을 조절하기 위해서 상기한 페더 액츄에이터에 작동 가능토록 콘트롤 수단을 연결하고 블레이드를 감소율로 페더링하는 동안 페더 액츄에이터의 동작율을 선택적으로 조절하는 콘트롤 수단을 조정하기 위한 수단이 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 윈드터빈의 블레이드 페더링 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 페더 액츄에이터에는 유압을 배출시키기 위하여 배출라인이 연결된 유압액츄애이터와 상기한 배출라인과 연결된 한쌍의 유동 콘트롤러가 공급된 콘트롤 수단과 상기한 유동 콘트롤러가운데 하나를 통하여 유동을 선택적으로 차단하는 피치율 콘트롤 밸브가 공급된 콘틀롤 조정 수단이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드 페더링 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유동 콘트롤러는 서로 평행하게 배치되고 이들 가운데 하나는 피치율 콘트롤 밸브와 일렬로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드 페더링 시스템.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 패더 액츄에이터에 가압되는 유압에 응답하는 이동 가능한 출력부재와, 이 출력부재에 의해 작동되며 피치율 콘트롤 밸브와 상기한 유동 콘트롤러 가운데 하나에 유압이 흐르도록 하기 위해 피치율 콘트롤 밸브를 초기에 개방되어 블레이드가 페더링되는 초기에는 상기한 패더 액츄에이터로 부터 유압을 최대로 배추락 다음에 상기한 유동 콘트롤러를 통항 유동을 차단하기 위하여 피치율 콘트롤 밸브를 폐쇄하므로서 패더 액츄에이터에서 상기한 블레이드를 감소율로 페더링 하기 위해 유압 배출을 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드 페더링 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기한 출력부재에는 캠수단과 피치율 콘트롤 밸브가 포함되어 있는데, 상기한 캠부에 부착가능한 캠종동부가 공급된 입력부재가 공급되어 피치율 콘트롤 밸브를 개방폐쇄 하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드 페더링 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
