Claims (2)

  1. 치환된 페닐아세틸 유도체를 염화티오닐과 반응시키고, 그 반응 생성물을 1―(2―피라지닐) 피페라진과 방응시키거나, 또는 2―(1―피페라지닐) 아릴 유도체를 페닐아세틸 크로라이드와 반응시키거나 치환된 페닐이소시아네이트를 1―(2―피라지닐) 피레파진과 반응시켜하기 구조식 Ⅱ의 1―피페라진 카르보닐 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기에서,
    A는 페닐, 2―피라지닐, 2―퀴녹사리닐, 2―퀴놀릴, P―클로로페닐, 3―피리딜메틸, 2―티아졸릴, 또는 6―메톡시―2―피라지닐이며,
    B는 페닐, 모노 또는 다치환 페닐〔여기서 치환체는 풀루오로, 알킬(C1―C4) 또는 트리플루오로메틸 일수 있음.〕, 벤질, 모노―또는디치환벤질〔여기서, 치환체는 클로로, 니트로, 또는 알킬(C1―C3)일수 있음〕, 알킬(C1―C7), 시클로알킬(C3―C6), 피리딜, 2―페녹시프로피오닐, 알킬(C1―C4) 아미노, 폴리플루오로폴리알킬(F7―F14), 모노―또는 디치환 페닐아미노〔여기서 치환체는 클로로, 카르복시, 또는 카르보에톡시일 수 있음〕, 6―P―클로로페닐헥실, 5―(P―클로로벤조일)―부틸, 2―P―클로로페녹시―2―이소프로필, 또는 1―메틸벤질이고, R는 수소 또는 알킬(C1―C3)이다.
  2. 하기 구조식 Ⅳ의 피페라진을 하기 구조식 Ⅴ의 이소티오시아네이트와 반응시켜 하기 구조식 A의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.

    A는 피라지닐, 퀴놀릴 또는 메톡시피라지닐이고,
