Claims (3)

  1. 폴리올 성분과 이소시아네이트(isocyanate) 성분과를 반응촉매(反應觸媒), 발포제, 그리고 정포제의 존재하에서, 반응시키는 원 셧트법에 의한 경질 폴리우레탄 포옴의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 폴리올의 성분으로, 4관능의 톨리렌디아민 계통의 폴리올과, 2관능의 프로필렌 계통의 폴리올과, 그리고 8관능의 슈크로우스 계통의 폴리올과, 또 3관능의 디에타놀아민 계통의 폴리올과로 되는 폴리올 혼합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 폴리우레탄 포옴의 제조방법.
  2. 상기 폴리올 혼합물의 평균 OH값이 450∼480인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제 1의 경질 폴리우레탄 포옴의 제조법.
  3. 톨리렌디아민 계통의 폴리올의 중량비로 64∼66부, 프로필렌 계통의 폴리올이 중량비로 14∼16부,슈크로우스 계통의 폴리올의 중량비로 5∼7부, 디에타놀아민 계통의 폴리올이 중량비로 13∼15부인 것을특징으로 하는 특허청구 범위 제 1의 경질 폴리 우레탄 포옴의 제조법.
