Claims (7)
- 열가소성 물질로부터 섬유를 제조하는 장치에 있어서, 거의 수직으로 있는 축(22)에 대하여 회전하며 500mm이상의 직경을 갖는 스피너(10), 상기 스피너를 회전 구동시키는 수단, 용융물질의 류(24)를 세장화상태로 스피너내에 주입시키며 이들을 상기 스피너의 수직벽의 내측표면상에 주입시키는 수단, 용융물질을 필라멘트(41)형태로 통과시키는 수직벽의 다수의 오리피스(40)와, 상기 필라멘트를 섬유로 세장화하는 수단으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 수단들은 상기 수직벽의 외부에 인접한 환상 블라스트를 전도하고 하향으로 향하고 있는 내부연소 버너를 가지며, 상기 환상 블라스트는 필라멘트가 세장화되도록 충분한 시간동안 세장화되는 상태에서 물질의 필라멘트를 충분하게 고온으로 유지하게 함을 특징으로 하는 장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 스피너(10)의 직경이 550 내지 1500mm인 장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 스피너(10)의 직경이 600 내지 1000mm인 장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부연소버너는 버너의 출구에서 압력이 100내지 900mmH2O인 가스 블라스트를 발생시키는 장치
- 제4항에 있어서, 버너압력이 200 내지 600mmH2O범위내에 있는 장치.
- 섬유를 수집하기 위한 투공 콘베이어(72)의 각 측면에 횡벽(70)을 갖는 수집실:콘베이어상에 있는 흡인수단:콘베이어상에 간격을 두고 위치한 스피너:투공된 수직벽을 가지며 거의 수직축에 대해 회전하는 스피너:용융물질을 세장화 상태로 수직벽의 내표면에 이송하며 용융물질으 피라멘트(41)의 원심분리 방출을 야기한 수단:내부연소와, 스피너의 수직벽 주위에 환상가스 블라스트를 콘베이어(72)를 향하게끔 하향으로 발생시키는 수단〔여기서 버너는 세장화 상태의 필라멘트(41)를 유지하도록 고온에서 환상분사함〕으로 구성되어 있는 섬유를 형성하기 위한 방출된 필라멘트를 세장화하고 또한 세장화된 섬유가 흡인수단의 작용하에 콘베이어(72)를 향하여 퇴적되게 이송하는 수단으로 구성되어 있으며, 환상젯트의 로(路)는 증기의 유도와 가스 유출의 분산 및 이들이 콘베이어(72)에 도달할 시 상기 가스유출의 한계점에서 섬유함량의 감소를 야기하기 위한 수집실의 상부분의 주위공기에 노출되며, 스피너(10)의 직경과 섬유를 이송하는 가스유출의 분산을 콘베이어상에 일정한 간격으로 위치하고 가스유출의 외부 부분의 편향으로 인해 섬유를 수집실의 중심을 향하게 끔 야기하는 수집실의 측면(70)과 접촉하도록, 및 계속해서 콘베이어의 단에 섬유의 퇴적을 증가시키도록 가스유출을 충분하게 함을 특징으로 하는 광물섬유의 블랭킷트를 제조하는 장치.
