제1도는 폐쇄 판재를 격설된 상태로 도시하고 외측 및 내측 패쇄 판재의 인접되는 부분만을 도시한 저부 평면도이다.
제2도는 제1도의 폐쇄 판재의 인접되는 연부를 상호 체결시키기 위해 굴곡시킨 것을 나타낸 부분 확대 사시도이다.
제3도는 굴곡된 폐쇄 판재 부분을 상세히 도시한 제2도의 선 3-3에 따른 부분확대 단며도이다.
제4도는 이미 폐쇄 판재가 겹침 계합되고 있고, 주 체결 태브(tab)가 주 체결 견부의 후면에 계합되어 폐쇄 판재를 밀착된 겹침 관계로 당기는 상태를 도시한 제3도와 유사한 단면도이다.

Claims (15)

  1. 감싸는 형태의 판지의 폐쇄판재 조립체용 폐쇄 체결장치에 있어서, 상기 폐쇄 체결장치가 각기 자유연부를 갖는 내측 폐쇄판재 및 외측 폐쇄판재로 구성되고, 상기 내측 폐쇄판재가 내측 폐쇄판재로 부터 굴곡되어 상기 내측 판재의 자유연부에 면하는 절편으로 반송되는 보조 체결태브를 포함하고, 상기 보조체결 태브 및 상기 절편의 상기 내측 폐쇄판재로 부터의 이동으로 상기 내측 폐쇄판재내의 개구부를 형성하고, 상기 외측 폐쇄판재가 일부는 굴곡선으로 형성되고 일부는 절단선으로 형성된 종결 절편 부분을 포함하고, 상기 절단선은 상기 종결 연부 절편 부분으로 반송되어 상기 외측 폐쇄 자유 연부의 반대면을 향하게 되어 내측 폐쇄판재후면에 체결되는 주체결 태브를 형성하고, 상기 보조 체결 태브는 상기 외측 폐쇄판재를 통과한 후에 상기 내측 폐쇄판재를 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감싸는 형태의 판지의 폐쇄판재 조립체용 폐쇄 체결장치
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내측 폐쇄판재내의 상기 개구부가 그 경계면에 주 체결 견부를 포함하고, 상기 주체결 태브가 상기 주체결 견부 후면에 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄 체결장치
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 보조 체결 태브가 상기 보조 체결 태브가 형성되는 상기 내측 폐쇄판재의 상기 개구부내의 부분에 안치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄 체결장치
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 절단선이 또한 상기 회측 폐쇄판재 자유연부로 부터 반대면을 향하고 있어 그 후면에 상기 보조 체결 태브를 수용하는 보조 체결 견부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄체결 장치
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 상기 주체결 태브 및 상기 보조 체결 견부가 상기 체결 장치의 길이를 따라 정렬되어 있엇 주체결부 및 보조 체결부가 정렬되어 판지재료를 절약할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄 체결장치
  6. 제4항에 있어서 ,상기 보조 체결 태브가 상기 보조 절편에 좁은 목부분으로 연결되어 상기 내측 폐쇄판재상에 상기 주체결 견부에 인접하고 그 반대면을 향한 2개의 보조 견부를 부가해서 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄 체결장치
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 주 체결 태브의 각 측면에 2개의 주체결 견부가 위치하고, 상기 보조 체결견부의 각면에 2개의 주 체결 태브가 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄 체결장치
  8. 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 보조 체결 태브가 상기 보조 절편에 좁은 목부분으로 연결되어 상기 내측 판재상에 상기 주체결 견부의 반대면을 향하는 보조 첵ㄹ 견부를 상기 내측 폐쇄 판재상에 형성하고, 상기 보조 체결 태브가 상기 폐쇄 체결 장치의 길이 방향에 대해 종방향으로 상기 주 체결 태브와 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄 체결장치
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 보조 체결 태브가 상기 보조체결 견부 후면에 계합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄 체결장치
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 보조체결 견부를 상기 주 체결 견부 하부에 간격을 두고 위치시켜, 상기 보조 체결 태브가 판지내에 포장되는 물품의 하부에서 이동할 수 있도록 작은 각으로 상기 폐쇄체결 장치를 통과하여 유입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄 체결 장치
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 주 체결 태브의 길이가 상기 보조 태브의 길이와 동일하거나 짧은 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄 체결장치
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 좁은 목부분이 상기 보조 체결 태브 내로 돌출된 단일 돌출부에 의해 형성되어 대향된 관계에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄 체결 장치
  13. 제1항에 내지 제3항에 있어서, 분리 태브가 상기 보조 절편에 의해 힌지식으로 반송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄 체결장치
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 폐쇄체결 장치가 그 내부에 물품을 2열로 포함하는 감싸는 판지의 폐쇄 판재 조립체의 일부분이고, 상기 부니리 태브가 상기 2열의 물품의 인접 물품 사이에 위치하고, 상기 체결 태브가 상기 하나의 물품 하부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄 체결장치
  15. 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 상기 보조 절편이 상기 외측 폐쇄 종결 절편 부분의 하부에 위치하고, 상기 보조 체결태브의 일부분이 상기 주 체결 태부 하부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄 체결장치
