Claims (4)

  1. 전자총 복비임방식에 전자총이 구성되어 있으며, 상기 복수의 전자비임이 전자총의 실질적으로 집중작용을 제공하는 주전자렌즈의 대략중심에 있어서 서로 교차하여 통과하도록 이루어지고, 또 상기 주전자렌즈에 의하여 집속작용을 받을 수 있도록 이루어지고, 상기 주전자렌즈를 통과한 상기 복수의 전자비임이 편향수단에 의하여 서로 콘버어젼스되도록 이루어진 복비임 전자총에 있어서, 상기 편향수단은 상기 전자총의 중심축을 통과하는 수직면과 대략 평행으로 수평방향으로 대칭을 이룬 두쌍의 전극으로 이루어지고, 이 전극의 어느 것인가 한쌍의 전극이 전자비임의진행방향의 전후에서 둘로 분할하여 이루어지는 복비임 전자총.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 1기재에 있어서 복비임 발생하는 캐소드는 인라인으로 수평으로 배열하여 이루어지는 복비임 전자총.
  3. 특허청구의 범위 1기재에 있어서 전자비임의 진행 방향의 전후에서 둘로 분할된 한쌍의 전극의 전단측전극과 이 전단측전극 각각과 대향배치된 다른 한쌍의 전극에 의하여 상기 전자비임의 다이나믹콘버어젼스보정이 이루어지는 복비임 전자총.
