Claims (4)

  1. 모래 또는 왕겨블록상에 시멘몰탈층을 개재시켜서, 석편 30부, 석분 15부, 시멘트 40부, 분말방주와 수산화칼슘, 규산소다혼합물 5부로 된 인조대리석층을 일체 압축성형하여 되는 인조대리석면을 갖는 벽돌.
  2. 무수혼합된 인조대리석 조성재를 가수반죽하여 벽돌성형틀에 넣고 그 상측에 시멘몰탈 조성재를 투입시킨 다음, 무수혼합된 모래 또는 왕겨블록조성재를 투입 충전하여 압축성형시켜 벽돌을 성형하는 인조대리석면을 갖는 벽돌의 제조방법.
  3. 프레임(11)에 각각 웅형(14a)과 자형(14b)을 보유한 웅형압측실린더(12)와, 자형작동실린더(13a)(13b)를 설치하고 프레임(11)의 하부에 왕복대(16)를 횡설함과 아울러 이 왕복대(16)상에 이송판(18)을 설치한 압축부(10)와, 유압실린더(22)에 의해 작동되는 재료공급통(23)이 홉퍼(21)의 직하에 설치되고 공지의 유압구동장치(24)로 이루어지는 재료공급부(20)로 구성되는 벽돌의 제조장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서 순환콘베이어(31)와 그 상면으로 측면연마석(32)및 다수열의 평면연마석(33)이 측설되고, 다수의채널(34)이 순환콘베이어(31)상에 설치되어진 벽돌연마기(30)를 왕복대(16)의 양측에 연설함을 특징으로 하는 벽돌의 제조장치.
