제1도는 실질적으로 순수한 산소생성물을 산출해내는 본 발명에 있어서 공기분리장치의 흐름설명도이다.
Claims (7)
- (a) 가스터어빈으로 부터 힘을 받는 압축기에 의하여 공기 공급류를 압축, (b) 칼럼으로부터의 질소폐기류와 산소 생성류에 대하여 가역 열교환기에서 공기공급류를 냉각, (c) 잔여공기공급류로부터 공기공급류를 분리하고, 교환기에서 2산화탄소와 물의 적층을 배제하기 위한 온도차이를 주기위하여 열교환기를 통하여 측류를 회수, (d) 측류가 상기칼럼의 중간부분으로 유입되기전에 터어빈에서 측류를 팽창, 냉각, (e) 상기 칼럼바닥부분의 액상으로 잔여공기공급류를 열교환하여 상기류를 농축하고 상기액체를 다시 끓임, (f) 공급류가 환류로서 칼럼의 상단에 유입되기전에 상기 칼럼머리부분의 생성류에 비하여 잔여공기공급류를 한번 더 열교환, (g) 단계 (f)의 상단부의 생성류와 마찬가지로, 상기 칼럼의 꼭대기로부터 산소의 연소수준을 함유하는 질소폐기류를 압력으로 제거, (h) 단계 (a)의 가스터빈에 뜨거운 압축가스공급을 제공하기 위하여 원료와 압출된 질소폐기류를 연소, (i)칼럼의 바닥부분으로 부터 고순도의 산소생성물을 제거하고, 가스터빈에 의하여 고갈되는 증기의 선회 열교환에 의하여 산출되는 증기에 의하여 동력을 받는 증기터빈에 의하여 작동되는 압축기에 의하여 압축하는 것으로 구성된 단일 압축 증류 칼럼에서 공기로부터 고순도의 산소를 분리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 질소폐기류가 2산화탄소와 물을 제거하기 위하여 가역 열교환기로 통과한뒤, 가스터빈을 위하여 상기류를 연소하는 산소를 분리하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 연소되기전에 연료와 질소폐기류가 가스터빈 배기에 의하여 열교환되는 산소를 분리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 칼럼상단부로부터 제거되는 폐기질소류가 환류로서 증류칼럼 꼭대기로 유입되는 잔여공기 공급류와 동량인 산소를 분리하는 방법.
- 제1또는 2항에 있어서, 가스터빈이 장치를 추진시키거나, 방출하기 위하여 전기력을 생성하기 위한 공기압축기와 발전기를 추진시키는 산소를 분리하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 산소생성류가 가역 열 교환기에서, 공기공급에 의하여 간접적으로 열교환되는 산소의 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 팽창된 상기공급공기류의 중간지점에서의 유입이 아르곤뿐만 아니라, 산소로부터 질소를 분리하기에 충분한 액체/증기 환류비로 증가되는 산소의 분리방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
