본 고안은 본인의 선등록고안인 탁주병 마개(실용신안등록 제22880호)의 구조와 동일한 배기효과를 지닌 탁주병에 관한 것이다.
상기 선 등록고안의 탁주병 마개는 평판마개를 수축필름 내부에 삽설하여 병구에 밀봉함에 있어서 평판마개의 양면에 요철돌조나 요철돌기를 돌설하여 이 부분이 병구와 적합될 시측면으로 굴절되는 미세한 통기로가 형성되어 탁주의 발효가스가 배출되었던 바 이 경우에 있어서 별도로 요철부를 갖는 평판마개를 수축필름과 1조로 구비하여 봉함하였기 때문에 탁주의 포장단가가 고가해지는 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 선 출원 고안의 구조와는 달리 평판상 속마개를 사용하지 않고 수축필름만으로서 병구를 밀봉하여도 미접착부에 의한 미세한 통기로가 형성되는 양호한 탁주병의 봉함이 이루어 지게한 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
통상의 탁주용기(1)의 병구(2)상에 상면이 막힌 수축필름(4)이나 은박지를 복감함에 있어서 병구(2)상면에 방사상으로 요철부(3)를 다수 돌설하므로서 수축필름(4)등의 상부마개를 씌울때 미세한 통기로(5)가 횡으로 형성되도록 한 것이다.
이와같이 된 본 고안은 탁주병구(2)의 상면에 돌조상의 요철부(3)가 일체로 돌설되어 있어서 그위에 수축필름(4)이나 은박지를 씌워 봉함시킬시 자연적으로 미접착부에 의한 미세한 통기로(5)가 옆으로 형성되므로 배기가스의 배출 작용은 원활하면서 외부로부터 불순물은 상기 옆 통기로(5)로 스며 들기가 극히 어려워 위생적이고 탁주의 유출이나 불순물의 유입방지 효과가 양호한 것이다.
요철부(3)는 돌조상으로 조밀한 간격으로 형성할 수도 있고 제 3도와 같이 돌기상으로 형성하여도 되며 제 5도와 같이 수개의 돌조로서 길게 돌설하여도 같은 작용효과를 갖는다.
이와같이 구성하면 외부의 수축필름에 배기공을 별도로 개구하지 않아도 되므로 종래보다 탁주병의 밀봉작업이 용이하고 포장비도 절감되며 밀봉 상태의 청결성도 일층더 개선되므로 탁주병의 봉함 장치로서 매우 실용성이 높은 것이다.

  1. 수축필름이나 은박지로서 탁주 병구(2)를 봉함함에 있어서 병구(2) 상주면에 요철부(3)를 돌설하여 미세한 가스 통기로(5)가 형성되게한 탁주병.
