の断面図である。 Ａ：外蓋、Ｂ：中蓋、Ｃ：容器、１１：水平環状部片、
１２：係合部片、１３：下側ラッパ状部片、１４：上側
ラッパ状部片、１５：側壁、１７：ねじ、１８：天板、

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内容物取出し用開口を有する中蓋と密閉用外蓋とからな
    る容器用キャップ装置であって、該中蓋は、水平環状部
    片と、該水平環状部片の外側端部に位置する容器の口に
    対する係合部片と、該水平環状部片の内側端の下側から
    外側に彎曲し次いで上方に彎曲してのびる下側ラッパ状
    部片と、該水平環状部片の内側端の上側から外側に彎曲
    してのびる上側ラッパ状部片とから一体に形成されたも
    のであり１ 、　　　該外蓋献容器に対する閉鎖用部片を備えた円筒
    状側壁と天板とから一体に形成されたものであり、該天
    板には、外蓋が閉鎖位置にある時、中蓋の上側ラッパ状
    部片の先端を拘束するための第１の環状シール部片及び
    中蓋の上側ラッパ状部片の内側壁面に当接する第２の環
    状シール部片が設けられており、 中蓋の少くとも上側及び下側ラッパ状部片が弾性変形可
    能な材料からなづており、容器の口に対する中蓋の取付
    は位置で、下側ラッパ状部片はその先端が容器の内壁に
    当接して弾性変形するようになっており、外蓋の閉鎖位
    置で上側ラッパ状部片はその先端が第１の環状シール部
    片に拘束されかつその内側壁面が第２の環状シール部片
    に当接して弾性変形するようになっている ことを特徴とするキャップ装置。
