Claims (12)
- 테트라키스(히드록시메틸 포스포늄) 화합물이나 또는 이화합물과 질소를 함유하고 있는 화합물과의 예비용축물(질소를 함유하고 있는 화합물과 테트라키스(히드록시메틸) 포스포늄기가 0.05-0.5 : 1의 몰비로 혼합된)로 이루어진 pH 4-8의 수용액에 셀룰로오스 직물을 함침시켜서 얻은 함침된 직물을 암모니아로 처리하여 경화된 직물을 수득하는 방염가공법에 있어서, 함침된 직물을 건조시킨 후, 이 직물의 기체상 암모니아가 방출되는 적어도 한 개 이상의 구멍이 있는 적어도 한 개 이상의 도관에 접촉 통과시켜서 암모니아 처리된 직물을 수득한 다음, 이 처리된 직물을 적셔서 수분함량이 10-60%가 되도록 한 후 이 직물을 기체상 암모니아로 처리하여 경화된 직물을 수득함을 특징으로 한 직물의 방염가공법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 테트라키스히드록시메틸 포스포늄화합물이 적어도 두 개 이상의 산성 수소원자들을 가지고 있는 산에서 유리된 화합물임을 특징으로 한 직물의 방염가공법.
- 제1항이나 2항에 있어서, 함침된 직물이 수분함량이 10-30%가 되도록 건조됨을 특징으로한 직물의 방염가공법.
- 제1-3항중 어느 한가지 항에 있어서, 처리된 직물이 수분함량이 20-50%가 되도록 적셔짐을 특징으로 한 직물의 방염가공법.
- 제1-4항중 어느 한가지 항에 있어서, 건조된 직물을 암모니아로 처리하기 전에 직물을 통과하는 공기에 쐬이지 않음을 특징으로 한 직물의 방염가공법.
- 제1-5항중 어느 한가지 항에 있어서, 직물에 사용된 암모니아와 인의 총량의 비율이 1.5 : 1-5 : 1(N : P의 원자비로 표시)정도임을 특징으로 한 직물의 방염가공법.
- 제1-6항중 어느 한가지 항에 있어서, 건조된 직물이 암모니아에서 발생되는 N와 테트라키스 히드록시메틸 포스포늄 잔류물에서 발생되는 P의 원자비가 1 : 1-5 : 1 정도인 양의 암모니아로 처리됨을 특징으로 한 직물의 방염가공법.
- 제1-7항중 어느 한가지 항에 있어서, 젖은 직물이 암모니아에서 발생되는 N와 테트라키스 히드록시메틸 포스포늄 잔류물에서 발생되는 의원자비가 0.4 : 1-2 : 1 정도되는 양의 암모니아로 처리됨을 특징으로 한 직물의 방염가공법.
- 제1-8항중 어느 한가지 항에 있어서, 암모니아가 방출되고 직물이 통과될 수 있는 구멍을 적어도 한 개 이상 갖고 있는 한 개 이상의 도관에 직물을 접촉 통과시키므로써 젖은 직물이 암모니아로 처리됨을 특징으로 한 직물의 방염가공법.
- 제1-9항중 어느 한가지 항에 있어서, 건조된 후 적셔진 직물중의 적어도 한가지가 처리되었거나 경화된 직물에 물이 떨어지는 것을 멈추게 하는 수단이 있는 밀폐된 챔버내에서 암모니아로 처리됨을 특징으로 한 직물의 방염가공법.
- 제1-8항중 어느 한가지 항에 있어서, 처리된 직물을 액체상 암모니아와 접촉시키는 결합된 단계에서 처리된 직물을 적시고 암모니아로 처리하여 수분함량이 20-45%인 직물을 수득함을 특징으로 한 직물의 방염가공법.
- 제1-10항중 어느 한가지 항에 있어서, 우레아와 테트라키스 히드록시메틸 포스포늄 화합물을 0.1 : 1-0.35 : 1의 몰비로 혼합한 예비응축물로 이루어진 pH 4-6.5의 수용액에 셀룰로오스 직물을 함침시킨 후, 이 함침된 직물을 수분함량이 10-20%가 되도록 건조시켜서 얻은 건조된 직물을 1 : 1-2.5 : 1(N : P의 원자비로 표시) 정도되는 양의 암모니아로 처리한 다음, 이 처리된 직물을 수분함량이 20-50%가 되도록 물에 적신후에 암모니아와 P의 전체 원자비가 1.5 : 1-5 : 1이 되는 기체상 암모니아를 직물에 통과시켜 직물이 암모니아에 처리되도록 함을 특징으로 한 직물의 방염가공법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
