압탕(Het top)라이닝 슬래브

제3도는 슬래브들 중 하나의 홈이파진 면을 나타내는 도면.

Claims (11)

  1. 0.3-0.85g/㎤의 밀도를 갖는, 슬러리 성형된 내화성이고 열절연성의 물질로 만들어지고, 슬래브의 외주로부터 내측으로 떨어져 있는 다수의 요홈부들을 형성하는 다수의 리브를 슬래브의 일표면에 가지고 있으며, 적어도 40mm의 전체 평균 두께를 가지는 압탕 라이닝 슬래브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 슬래브의 전체 평균 두께가 적어도 50mm인 상기 슬래브.
  3. 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 리브들이 슬래브의 전체 두께의 적어도 30%를 차지하는 상기 슬래브.
  4. 상기 항들중 한에 있어서, 리브들이 적어도 3개의 요홈부를 형성하는 상기 슬래브.
  5. 상기 항들중 한에 있어서, 슬래브의 외측 표면의 요홈부들의 전체 면적이 슬래브의 외측표면의 전체 면적의 적어도 30%를 차지하는 상기 상기 슬래브.
  6. 상기 항들중 한에 있어서, 리브들 중 적어도 하나가 외측으로 테이퍼져 있는 상기 슬래브.
  7. 상기 항들중 한에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 테이퍼진 리브가 상부보다 지부에서 적어도 2배의 폭을 갖는 상기 슬래브.
  8. 상기 항들중 한에 있어서, 요홈부를 가진 면의 반대측 면이 사용시 최하부가 되는 연부에서 경사져 있는 상기 슬래브.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 그 경사가 다중 요각 경사인 상기 슬래브.
  10. 요홈부가 형성된 표면이 외측으로 향하여 배치되는 상기 항들 중 한항에 따른 다수의 슬래브들에 의해 제공된 압탕 라이닝을 가진 잉고트 주형 또는 잉고트 주형 헤드 박스.
