Claims (5)
- 형광 스크린을 갖는 진공외피, 그 스크린을 자극하여 발광시키는 적어도 하나의 전자빔을 발생시키는 장치, 그 스크린으로 부터 가깝게 떨어진 구멍난 마스크와 마스크의 내부표면에 가스 흡수 게터물질막을 도금위한 게터링 장치를 포함하는 음극선관을 가공하고; 여러공정단계에 앞서 게터플래슁의 단계를 포함하고; 그 게터 프래슁단계는 게터링 장치(41, 45)가 이용가능한 게터물질(45)의 약 50%에서 75%를 갖는 제1의 막(53)을 형성하도록 제어되고, 게터링 장치는 뒤따르는 공정단계중 적어도 하나의 공정에 수반되고 또한 마스크(23)의 내부표면위에 게터물질의 제2의 막(55)을 제공하는 최종 공정단계에 앞서서 재생된다는 점에 특징이 있는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 뒤따르는 공정단계는 프릿파괴 검사, 무선 주파수스팟노크, 그리고 최종 저 전압기를 포함하고, 재생단계는 최종 저 전압기 단계에 앞서 프릿파괴 검사단계에 수반되어 일어나는 점에 특징이 있는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 재생단계는 30초에서 60초의 시간주기동안 게터장치를 유도가열하는 것을 포함하며, 그 시간동안 흡열게터반응이 일어나는 점에 특징이 있는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 재생단계는 무선주파수 스팟 노크 단계후에 일어나는 점에 특징이 있는 방법.
