Claims (1)
- 사마리움 23-27중량%와 티탄 0.2-7중량%와, 동 3-9중량%와, 철 14-25중량%이하와 잔부로서 주로 코발트로 구성되는 금속분말을 자계중에서 성형하고, 소결후 350-900℃의 온도범위에 있어서 고온측으로부터 저온측으로 다단계로 시효처리를 실시하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
