Claims (10)

  1. 제지기에 있어서 주행하는 웨브를 탈수하기 위한 1쌍의 프레스 로울에 있어서, 제1프레스로울과 원통형 프레스로울인 제2프레스로울과의 사이에 압착닙프를 형성하는 수단과, 상기 프레스로울과 접촉하면서 상기 닙프를 통과하고 그 닙프를 지나 주행하는 종이 웨브를 지지하는 물수용 수단과, 그물 수용수단을 통과한 웨브로부터의 물을 수용하는 깊이가 다른 다수의 구멍을 로울 표면에 형성하는 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제지기의 석숀 프레스 고울.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로울이, 로울셀을 완전히 관통하는 상기 구멍들중 약간이 상기로울의 내측표면까지 연장하여 있는 로울셀로된 상기 프레스 로울.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물 수용 수단이 펠트인 상기 프레스 로울.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구멍들이 제1 깊이의 제1그룹과 제2 깊이의 제2그룹을 포함하고, 그 제1 및 제2그룹들이 로울표면상에 교대로 배치되어 있는 상기 프레스 로울.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 제1그룹의 깊이가 약 6.4mm이고 제2그룹이 약 9.5인 상기 프레스 로울.
  6. 회전 지지 수단과 원통형 외측 셀 표면을 가진 회전가능한 프레스 로울과, 력을 받은 로울 표면에 접한 웨브로부터 압출된 물을 수용하기 위한 로울표면상의 각기 다른 깊이의 다수의 구멍들을 형성하는 수단을 포함하는 제지기에서의 웨브 탈수 구조물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기로울이 원통형 셀 형태로 되어 있고, 상기 구멍들중 제1그룹이 셀을 완전히 관통하고 제2그룹은 셀내로 일부분까지만 연장하여 있는 상기 웨브 탈수 구조물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 셀이 탄력성 재료의 외측 커버이고 제2그룹의 구멍들이 그 탄력성 커버의 깊이보다 크지 않는 깊이를 갖는 상기 웨브 탈수 구조물.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 로울이 환상의 로울 셀 형태이고, 상기 구멍들이 그 셀을 완전히 관통하는 제1그룹과 그 셀을 완전히 않는 깊이의 제2그룹과 제2그룹보다 깊이가 작은 제3그룹을 포함하는 상기 웨브 탈수 구조물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1그룹의 직경이 2.5-3.8mm이고 제2 및 제3그룹의 직경이 0.5-2.5mm인 상기 웨브 탈수 구조물.
