Claims (1)
- (1) Ti 10-35%, Zr 및 Hf 중의 1종 또는 2종 5-30%, Nb 및 Ta 중의 1종 또는 2종 5-30%, C20-40%, Re 5-30%를 함유하고 나머지 W와 불가피 불순물(단 W20-80%함유)로서 조성(이상 원자%)을 가지며, 그리고 분산상이 Ti와 C를 주성분으로 한 화합물상과 Zr 및 Hf 중의 1종 또는 2종과 C와를 주성분으로 하는 화합물상과의 미세 경질상으로 되고, 한편 결합상이 W 및 Re를 주성분으로 하는하는고융점 합금상으로 된 조직을 가짐을 특징으로 한 고온특성이 우수한 절삭공구용 소결 재료.(2) Ti 10-35%, Zr 및 Hf 중의 1종 또는 2종 5-30%, Nb 및 Ta중의 1종 또는 2종 5-30%, C20-40%, Si 1-10%를 함유하고 나머지 W와 불가피 불순물(단 W 20-60%함유)로서 된 조성(이상 원자%)을 가지며, 그리고 분산상이 Ti와 C를 주성분으로 한 화합물상과 Zr 및 Hf 중의 1종 또는 2종과 C를 주성분으로 한 화합물성과 Si C를 주성분으로 한 화합물상과의 미세결질상으로 되고 한편 결합상이 W및 Si를 주성분으로 한 고융점 합금상으로 된 조직을 가짐을 특징으로 한 고온특성이 우수한 절삭공구용 소결재료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
