본 고안은 전화기에 사용하는 송화갑에 관한 것으로 특히 외부전선과 연결되는 단자부분의 개량에 관한 것이다. 현재 사용되고 있는 송화갑의 외부전선 연결단자를 보면 중앙고정전극에 캡을 씌워 1개의 단자로 사용하고 또 하나의 단자는 외부케이스 전체를 사용하게 되어 있는 것과, 뒷면 케이스의 중앙부에 절연판을 부착하고 그 절연판에 봉상의 단자를 리벳식으로 고착한 것이 있으나 전자의 경우는 단자와 외부전선을 연결하기 위하여 핸드셀내부에 별도의 판 스프링과 그 판스프링 고정용 보울트가 필요한 뿐만아니라 장기간 사용하게 되면 판스프링의 탄력의 약화로 인하여 접촉이 불량하여 송화가 불가능하게 되는 결함이 있었으며 후자의 경우은 조립시 별도의 전선으로 송화기의 내부와 단자 사이를 납땜으로 연결하였기 때문에 제작공정이 복잡하여 대량 생산에 많은 시간이 소요되는 결함 등이 있었든 바 본 고안은 상기와 같은 결함들을 시정 보완하기 위하여 단자부를 절곡형성한 두개의 원판과 절연링을 사용하여 조립이 용이하면서도 외부전선과의 연결이 극히 간편하도록 안출된 것으로 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention relates to a money box for use in a telephone, and more particularly to an improvement of a terminal portion connected to an external wire.
