Claims (2)
- 반응매체로서 백색바셀린, 파라핀젤리, 파라핀유와 같은 비중이 0.820-0.860이고 무색, 무취, 무독성인 CnH2n+2의 구조를 갖는 파라핀계 탄화수소화합물을 사용하여 L-글루타민산에서 피로리돈 카르복실산을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 반응온도를 120-140℃로 가열 교반하여 PCA로 전환시킨 다음 소량의 물을 가해 정부틸알콜을 가해 진공 농축 후 클로로포름, 톨루엔, 석유벤젠, 이황화탄소 등으로 세척하여 건조함을 특징으로 하는 L-5-피로리돈-2-카르복실산의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
