Claims (8)
- 절대압력 2-5MPa, 온도 160°-180℃에서 아닐린의 중량 100을 기준으로 암모니아를 중량으로 1-8을 루테늄촉매와 접촉시켜 수소압력으로 아닐린을 주로 포함하는 시클로헥실아민을 제조하기위한 아닐린의 수소화반응 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서 루테늄 촉매의 중량은 아닐린 중량 100당 적어도 0.02가 존재한다는 것.
- 제1항에 있어서 루테늄 촉매는 탄소로 보강된 것일것.
- 제3항에 있어서 촉매는 습한(water wet) 것일것.
- 제3항에 있어서 보강된 촉매는 아닐린중량 100당 1-4의 중량일것.
- 제1항에 있어서 암모니아는 아닐린 중량 100당 1.5-5의 중량일것.
- 제1항에 있어서 촉매는 적어도 1번이상 재순환 한다는것.
